This pan brake is exactly as described in the advertising detail, its construction is robust with removable fingers that provide a fine line to bend with extreme accuracy once the setup is completed as per the basic instructions. The maximum width is promoted at 610mm (+/-10), I found that I was able to fold a full 625mm sheet of 2mm aluminium 5051 to 135 degrees without too much effort at all. Although not rated, this machine handles smaller width folds of 3mm 5051 alloy at a pinch. The written details suggested an adjustable angle stop was available for repetitive folding, however it appears that it is not included with this model, so I simply made a custom mod to suit. Regional (included) delivery was faster than a small express post parcel from ebay, which is quite amazing considering the hefty weight and bulky size, all packaged neatly in a protective timber enclosure. I don't often give 5 stars for machinery, but this product from Vevor deserves every point. Thanks Vevor, it has restored my faith in DIY priced Chinese workshop products and unbeatable delivery & service. 10/10

Overall for a brake at this price point it works well enough. Material thickness adjustment is a struggle, but can be done, and although it will bend 16 gauge, I believe 18 gauge should be the max thickness of material, instruction manual is adequate, but needs improvement

My first venture into doing this, or any, type of sheet metal bending. After a lot of research and watching several Youtoob reviews, I ordered this Vevor brake. Took my time building a sturdy bench just for the brake. Boy, this thing is heavy! At any rate, I just finished my first project (tube amp chassis) and was totally successful. I uses .060 aluminum, and the brake handled it easily. There's limitations with this brake, but I just engineered my way around them. Actually, my limitations are quite probably due to my having zero previous experience with tools like this, and I'm facing an expected learning curve on the uphill road to success. On delivery, I could see that the brake was securely packed and bolted in a wooden crate, but TBH the crate pretty much fell apart before it got here, and was taped together by the carrier. Zero damage to the tool, though. No harm, no foul. Happy I bought it, would definitely make this same choice again.

Unboxed on June 5. Found the yellow weight damaged. The right side double ended stud bolt for clamp pressure adjustment had stripped threads on the bottom end and the female threads where the stud end goes are also stripped. Unusable. Contacted customer service. Was told I'd be contacted by someone in 1-2 business days. Today is June 12. I haven't spoken with anyone about a resolution to the problem. I've messaged them multiple times and get a response get a response that someone will contact me in 1-2 days. I've purchased Vevor products in the past and haven't had to contact customer service. This is my first experience and it has been disappointing so far. I had projects lined up but those are now scrapped. Ill update my review if I ever hear from them. I doubt returning this paper weight will be any easier. I tried uploading more images but app doesn't want to upload. They are in jpeg.

The brake was exactly what i expected, as many good deals often are. i had to take it apart and chase threads, clean swarf, wash mystery lube and deburr all the through holes. These tools do not get cleaned thoroughly before assembly, and some of the socket head cap screws were over torqued, and stripped the threads. Wash all the pieces with solvent, 10 minutes with a file to dress the edges, another 10 minutes with taps and die nuts, and good quality lubrication on the pivots, you have yourself a good tool that will last years. Around $1000 less than a professional US made bender, and needing only an hour of my time, i would recommend this unit.
