It works perfectly with the included plastic pinbacks. However it doesn't work with the metal pinbacks. And since I can't find plastic pinbacks that fit the company was very supportive and refunded my money.

I have found the plastic backers work better with this machine than the metal ones. I may just have a problem with adding the 58 mm gauge for the metal applicators and that’s why I’m encountering the problem with them.

La máquina está bien en relación calidad y precio, es sencillo de operar y cumple su función sin problema, el material es sencillo, no es de metal, es plástico pero resistente. Trae los botones metálicos de excelente calidad. Si la recomiendo. Lo único que tardo mucho en llegar, ya que el envío es terrestre.

Les supports en metal sont oxydés....cf photos Sinon une fois qu'on a pris le coup ça va bien a utiliser , penser a mettre la rondelle noire dans le support pour les support métallique et a la retirer pour les supports plastiques

It was broken and we can’t use it.

Bought this as a gift for my daughter. She made few pins and the machine started to get stuck after making the badge.

This is one of the worst online purchase experiences I’ve ever had!! The button maker is made from very cheap, thin plastic and it arrived with a huge crack down the side and a broken handle - I never even got to try it out because it arrived in awful condition. It took over a week to get the company to send a return label and there were several days between their responses (after originally offering a 30% refund and telling me to just get it serviced) and after I sent the item back, they closed the customer service chat, called it resolved, and never gave me the refund that they promised. I am beyond disappointed and I would highly recommend getting a button maker from literally any other brand. Don’t waste your money!!

Haven’t recieved it…

I would never buy off them again! got the button maker for a very big price on the clearance sale! They havent packed the items that were in the description! Customer service are not interested in resolving the issue! as it is too complex for them! so basically i received the maker without the washers and the button blanks! for the bare press i paid 53€ Thats a robbery!
