I bought this tent on July 24 th and was supposed to receive it on the 29th of July. Three days later I was supposed to go away camping with this tent. Today is the 5th of October and I still have not received the package, but this is not the only problem, I have not been informed by anyone, the tracking number does not give me any info except that The pacakage is still at the first stop. There I have been speaking to VEVOR, DHL, GLS customer support to find out what is happening and I get very polite AI replies that they are doing their very best, but no practical replies on when I am going to receive the tent or what has happened and nobody to talk to. I am still waiting to know what is going on and hopeful that they manage to solve, but it is difficult in this circumstance. Quite disappointing, these things can happen, but the the fact that you have no way of knowing what has happened to your shipment and if there is a chance to receive it and nobody to speak to make this very discouraging. I will keep you posted on how this story ends

Bonjour, nous avons acheté le tipi début juillet et on l a monté il y a une semaine, il est tout neuf et il prend l’eau par les coutures. Je ne suis pas satisfaite du tout et je souhaite être remboursé.

DO NOT BUY THIS TENT. The advertising is completely false and deceiving. This is hands down the worst tent I have ever used—everything about it failed. My family camps every season with our tent trailer, but this year we needed to buy a tent for our cousins. It turned out to be absolute garbage. It claims to fit 4 people, but it couldn't even comfortably hold 4 children. To make matters worse, it has zero weatherproofing; rain leaked straight through, soaking all of our sleeping bags, books, clothes, and backpacks, causing expensive damage. We had to abandon the tent after the first night. It completely ruined our family camping trip and was a total waste of time and money. Avoid at all costs!

Très déçue même catastrophée ! J'ai installé la tente, le soir même il y a eu un gros orage le lendemain elle était inondée !! heureusement je ne l'avais pas encore aménagé mais du coup je n'ose pas le faire ! Je ne comprend pas comment ça se fait ! J'ai acheté la même en 3m l'année dernière et je n'ai jamais eu de pb d'infiltration d'eau ! J'aimerais savoir s'il y a une explication ou un recours possible pour retourner la tente !

IT fall on my kids with only 1 inch of show and the stove was running. Never buy this as a 4 Seasons tent . Very Dangerous in winter.

VEVOR Claims that it’s a four season tent and it’s only a three season tent because it’s very Finn, and only the top is duck canvas. The rest of it is plastic and the zippers are messed up very cheap. I would never buy this.

This tent is not canvas only the top is made out of canvas. We put it up and within a day it blew over and totally ripped. The places for the stakes tore while trying to put the stakes in and tighten them. I have been trying to get a refund for over two weeks. This company and the tent is horrible. Do not buy their tents, pay a higher price for a real canvas tent!

First of all, I love this tent! It served me very well in the winter. There is so much space for 2 people and a wood stove. But the zippers bend after repetitive use (over a 3 day period). One zipper came off the track, Another zipper is unusable due the seam sealing tape that covered the zipper. I would have paid a 100$ extra for better zippers. SUCH A KEY PART OF THE TENT. I want to return this and look for a different, more expensive, brand. money wasn’t the issue when I purchased this tent. But I guess you get what you pay for.

This tent was easy to set up, however not worth any of the time, money, or effort if you are planning on doing any camping in the elements. The first rain filled the floor with puddles and the roof leaked worse than any tent I've ever been in. I'm so disappointed in the product and will be seeking a refund.

I am writing this review on behalf of my life and travel partner, who bought the tent at the end of spring 2025. We set it up mid-July 2025. I fell in love with it at the beginning (this is where I agree to most reviews). It is spacious and helped us a lot last summer, as my father lived in it for 1 month and a half while we were building our house. These were the good points. The bad points were that, even though we installed it in a mountainous region, where summers are not that hot, the material got a bit damaged by the sun (which told me it was not of the best quality). It was also very hot staying inside during the day even with all the ventilation items open. It was also very difficult to clean (I say that because I did it numerous times). In the end, we also bought a stove and I was thinking of setting up a mini-glamping resort. The stove didn't work as well as we thought. Still, I didn't let go of my dream. ...until the end of February 2026, when our 4-season tent fell. We couldn't recover anything. Marcel and my Dad needed to cut the material of the tent (they told me it wasn't very difficult to do that, which again makes me question its quality) to save the beds, mattresses, and everything else we had inside. I felt very sad. I let go the idea of the glamping resort. Then, I felt annoyed. The people at VEVOR were very cold, uninvolved, and offered EUR 40 for repairs. I didn't want to accept it (I thought it was a joke, given how much we paid for the tent and how much damage it caused us). However, Marcel accepted it. So, I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THIS TENT FROM VEVOR UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. It may seem like a great idea; later, you will understand it is not.
