I read the reviews most of which were positive, I took a chance and made my first purchase on Vevor. I am 100% satisfied with the product, I also have the comparable Rigid product. This stand is the same in every respect, gauge of legs, thickness of the work surface, clips, pins etc. The only place the quality is different is the coating on the work surface ..... it's better! It truly looks like it came out a different door of the same factory as Rigid. I highly recommend this unit, and will use Vevor again based on this experience.

Bought this for my husband as a Christmas present. He was pleasantly surprised. It is not easy to please my picky welder husband Definitely worth the buy. I would recommend.

Let me start by saying that I haven't used the pipe vise yet . I just received it a few days ago . Getting ready for a big iron pipe job .This vise is a replacement for a 6 I. Rigid pipe vise . Let's compare . This vise workable top is twice the size of my old ridgid .The handle, jaw,chain,legs looking feel very well build . If this vise works half as good as the quality looks . I am in for easy sailing. If your questioning yourself on getting. Do yourself a favor. Don't. Sorry no pics.

This is a very sturdy platform for working with pipe cutting, treading or assembly. Great quality for good price!

We groove and thread pipe for fire sprinkler systems. Day 1 using it the handle broke to lock the pipe down. So switched to the other one and the pipe turns and gets scratched up because it doesn’t hold it still. I don’t recommend this product if you’re using it daily. Spend some extra money and get a ridgid.

Only real complaint is the triangle leg braces didn't seem to filt flat when stand is in use ... Usually use a rigids as a shelf..

Overall a decent stand for lighter duty work but the teeth are absolute garbage and unsuited for holding pipe to thread, I have not used the stand for assembly work yet. The first time I used it we were threading 1/2" black iron scd.40 pipe and the vise would not stop the pipe from spinning without having to use an additional backer wrench, the chain was tightened to the point of deforming and ruining the pipe and it still continued to spin in the vise. The second attempt was with 1" pipe and again a backer wrench had to be used to stop the pipe. I own and have used many Ridgid brand stands of the same style and have only had this issue when the teeth were worn out from substantial use. I have now threaded a total of 8 pieces, mostly 1/2" pipe and the teeth are worn and rounded over. I am planning on replacing the teeth with ridgid brand replacements if they fit, unfortunately that will substantially add to the cost of this stand as the teeth will cost half of what I paid for the stand.
