I wouldn’t recommend buying this one. "Item Model Number SS1350" Spend the extra money for the USD-5 Types with Counting Feature machine "Item Model Number KSW550-4 LDM DM". It’s more expensive, but it’s far more reliable — and when this cheaper model fails in a few months, you’ll wish you had gone with the upgrade

I worked for 15 minutes and then the coins got stuck.

First time trying to use it jammed up and had to take it apart to get a penny un jammed for it to work.

Constantly jammed.wouldnt shoot into the slot perfectly so that would mess up the whole system. I'd never buy it again

Don’t waste your money on this garbage. Upon the 3rd roll of coin this thing jammed up so bad that I had to take it apart to clear the jam. Don’t fall in love with the price like I did!

Coins keep falling inside and have to take it apart to clean the coins out after it jams up. VEVOR wanted me to take pictures but it was already packed up... Went to the trash bin. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODEUCT.

Never received coin sorter,never received my money back

It junk , they said, I have to send video of multiple different issues and having a technician review it, I spend hours tried to video it and email videos,. Video will not go thru. Maybe it has to do cell phone or internet service, I don’t have fast services, it not worth my time now, I have better things to do, I brought it for myself for Christmas 2025, I was expected a refund , instead have to go thru the hoops, I never buy another things from them,

I ordered this machine and gave it to my husband for Christmas. It immediately jammed with the first use. We had only added about 20 coins at that time. Once we got the jam fixed we tried it again and only added 10 coins. It immediately jammed. We have requested a return and refund and the answers recieved so far are saying that it can only handle 100 coins at a time when the video and pictures I sent clearly show only about 5-10 coins added. The advertisement for this machine also says can sort 230 coins per minute and holds up to 200 coins. REgardless, we only added about 10-20 each time and the machine instantly jams. The few coins it did sort before jamming, were not consistently sorted into the correct slots. I hope to hear something back soon and this company makes the situation right and allows a return with a full refund.

After all the items I bought from this company, tried to return 1 item and they make you jump thur hoops,if for any reasons you feel you need to buy like else where, they want you to take a video of the item not working and ask you all the questions then they tell QUOTE: It is pity that you are not satisfied with VEVOR product. However, if you insist on returning the product, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which may be very expensive. Moreover, the return period is long and very complicated. Within my authority, how about we refund you XXX as compensate. At the same time, you keep the product and do not return it. Are you willing to accept our advice? " come on accept they advice VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
