After all the items I bought from this company, tried to return 1 item and they make you jump thur hoops,if for any reasons you feel you need to buy like else where, they want you to take a video of the item not working and ask you all the questions then they tell QUOTE: It is pity that you are not satisfied with VEVOR product. However, if you insist on returning the product, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which may be very expensive. Moreover, the return period is long and very complicated. Within my authority, how about we refund you XXX as compensate. At the same time, you keep the product and do not return it. Are you willing to accept our advice?
