Il forno è arrivato con ammaccature evidenti su alcuni angoli, il servizio clienti risponde varie volte ma alla fine non mi cambiano il prodotto e mi fanno uno sconto di 50 euro sul prezzo finale.delusione.

This oven could be 4 or 5 star!! Come on vevor have a little quality control. This oven has no on off switch like the manual book says. The only switch is for the light in the oven. If you use the ovens daily at the same temp like we do you either have to set the temp each day which risks mistakes or unplug them. It’s such a simple thing to have a switch. Seems like typical Chinese random factory work. We have 4 of the single versions of this oven and they have been in daily use for over a year. They are only on when the timer is ticking for 120 mins at a time which was annoying so I bypassed them and wired them directly to the on/off switch after the timers broke. This oven is supposed to be the same but its temp setting is in Fahrenheit where our other ones are in Celsius. I would give this a 4 or 5 star had it showed up with a on/off switch like it is supposed to have. It’s frustrating to have to unplug it each day. Poor quality control for sure!

Ho comprato questo forno senza grosse pretese visto il prezzo interessante, ma la qualità é davvero imbarazzante. Il forno non è minimamente coibentato, raggiunge temperature alte che mi hanno causato ustioni alla mano, mentre dentro il fondo dopo 40 minuti non aveva raggiunto nemmeno i 220 gradi lasciando la pizza cotta sopra e cruda sotto.

We love the oven, but the switches broke after 2 days!! Very cheap. Now we need to unplug and plug it daily

Bien emballé. Fonctionne très bien sauf le thermostat de la résistance du bas qui même au minimum ne coupe pas l'alimentation de cette résistance qui continue à chauffer légèrement. J'espère que le sav lira ce message et m'enverra un thermostat de remplacement

Purchased received Dec 31st.... Did not work, contacted Vevor and after many, many, many email I was sent out a replacement, which I received on 1/28. Look at the pics, 1st pic the R-side has the hook closure on the door, on the L-side the top does, the bottom does not...so no I will not order this again, who knows how long it will work. Felt not that I should have accepted the refund and purchase elsewhere.

I purchased this as an additional oven for a special event, based on the excellent reviews shown here. Upon receipt, the oven does not work properly, the top heating element works but the bottom two do not. Also, the on/off switch does not control the top element, so the only way to turn off the only heating element that works, is to unplug it. Without either of the "bottom" heating elements working, this oven is 100% non functional as a pizza oven. I contacted VEVOR support on Sunday, the day I realized the problem (the event for which I purchased this oven is Friday, initial delivery was two days after ordering, so there was PLENTY of time to get me a new oven in time for my event). Customer service asked me to email (not upload) a video of the problem, which I did immediately. The video was received and confirmed early afternoon on Sunday. I explained how much time is of the essence in this situation and was assured my case would be given priority status and that I'd have a response within 24 to 48 hours. After around 60 hours, I reached back out and was told basically "wait to hear from us". So I did...for another 24 hours...on Wednesday I reached out again, and explained that I really needed a resolution, because I NEED to have an operational oven on Friday...again I was told my case is being prioritized and be patient. It's now 5:30 PM on Thursday and I've still received zero response. At this point, I'm going to have to buy another oven locally in order to be able to host my function tomorrow. This is a 100% failure on Vevor's part...both the product and especially the customer service. I was shipped a non-working item, I provided proof immediately...what's the holdup? What needs to be reviewed? Why is this a "technical issue"? JUST SEND ME A WORKING OVEN!! LAST TIME I'LL ALLOW VEVOR TO SCAM ME...BUYER BEWARE!!!

Tout brûle dans ce four. Divers tests ont été faits et rien ne fonctionne. J'attends toujours un suivi pour connaître le bon fonctionnement.
