Received the item but some screw weee missing.

Good, but have to put on 2 separate fuses or have a higher electrical output, or they'll pop the breakers

Everything works fine, my only problem is, is that the day I received the package. I noticed that it didnt have the handles to the fryer baskets..so in order to use the fryer, I have to use tongs to put the baskets in, and out of the fryer...I contacted the website to have them shipped only to have an AI assistant to reply to my email saying that this issue is under review, and will receive a reply in 1 to 2 days the reply I got was that I need to take a picture of the missing part. Hello I told you what the missing part was just ship the damned handles so I can properly use my damned fryer..

This product worked well for us and cleaned up nicely after use. Would never go without the drains as this is the best feature need to keep lids on to retain the heat The only thing i can find wrong is when lifting up burners it is not a smooth process and kind of sloppy Need to find a smoother way to lift as it's too easy to come off when you're just trying to lift it to clean floating debris out of the oil
