The machine was working fine only for 2 days. After 2 days of usage one of refigerant pipes just got broken and all of refigerant gas leaked. After contacted with customer support, they did not suggest and repairing service or replacement of device. Just suggested me some money back and requested me to call some expert who is fixing the pipe issue and filling up with gas. This happened and the expert mentioned that temperature of the compressor within the machine is exremely high (>100 °C), which is not normal as well as the compressor is shaking some much within the machine and most probably this caused the pipe breaking. Now I requested to the machine get completely replace as per it cannot be repaired due to there is no possibility to buy a new compressor to the machine.

I received the machine packaged in a wooden create and attached to the create was a device to show if it was tipped over and sure enough it was red. Now the machine does not turn on

There was nothing easy about this machine since day one. Ice cream is soft and there’s no instructions for most settings. Customer service is just as bad if not worse.

I bought the 2200 watt maching. I was delivered the 1550w machine.

Unfortunately I'm having a horrible experience with their customer service. We bought 2 machines to try it out in our shop and it turns out one of them is faulty. So given the lack of support we decided to return both machines. But it has been about 20 days already and they still don't allow me to initiate a return neither can I communicate with someone directly. They keep saying they will forward to another team and time goes by and answers never come. I've already tried the fixes, now I just want to return it.

I received the unit 8 days after I ordered it. I was super excited to launch ice cream at my cafe. I set up the machine and followed the instructions. It made ice cream in less than 10 minutes and it was delicious, but that was short lived as 2 hours later the ice cream melted and it will no longer cool… I’ve tried to contact vevor but no one will call me or live chat to get a resolution. It’s 2 messages a day only back and forth and nothing is getting resolved. It’s 5 days since I reported the issue and all I’ve been told is to call a refrigeration tech to fix it… I paid for a new machine I don’t want to have to have someone come repair it before I’ve even sold my first cone!

Dovevo aprire un ristorante nuovo fast food non volendo spendere eccessivamente per una macchina da gelato soft professionale ho deciso di prendere questa macchina a soli 1300 euro. Il risultato è stato come dovevo immaginare molto deludente. Prima cosa macchina rumorosissima da non poter rimanere vicino più di qualche secondo, il prodotto viene piuttosto bene a non si riesce a regolare in consistenza. Guarnizioni che si consumano alla velocità della luce assistenza inesistente. E’ un anno che provo ad acquistare le guarnizioni nuove ma non si riesce a parlar con nessuno se non con risponditori automatici o chat virtuali. Sconsigliata a chi ha una attività ristorativa.
