Jason Kallenberger Vevor customer service is the worst!
I purchased this ice machine for our home. When I received it I set it up according to the book. The machine would come on and run but not cool. I went through every step in the book and still the water doesn't even begin to cool. That's the good part of the story. I mean I get it sometime electronic things don't work. Im fine with that. Just send me one that does. So I contacted vevor that night through their little AI chat, wich is a complete joke! It took one week to get a response out of the vevor support team. They wanted me to hire a repairman to fix it! Absolutely not! Im not hiring a repairman to fix a brand new ice machine that was dead on arrival. So now I've filed a dispute through pay pal and have not got a resolution yet. Long story short DO NOT ORDER THROUGH VEVOR!

Richard Not sure why customer support is taking 2 weeks to resolve non working machine
I have a non working ice machine. I have emailed back and forth with support over the past week plus. New ice machine is not working. Why won’t you send a replacement and take this one back? Support
Wanted me to open unit up and check fan and refrigerant charge? Why would someone suggest that on a new machine ? I’ve been fed up and offering me $102 usd refund to go towards hiring a repair technician is insane Just give me a working ice machine

La maquina tiene como especificaciones que produce 45 kg de hielo. Para ser realistas yo contemple por zona una disminución de un 25 % pero me dejo muy bajo su estandares apenas alcanza hacer 12 kg x 24h y todo ruidoso

I would never buy a Vevor again. Customer service is the worst in the world, you cannot get a live person and they will tell you thye 48 hour just to respond. Horrible !!!!!

We connected correctly. We turned on Easy and added 5 gallons of water to the container. It took hours to fill the first bag. The next day, we filled another bag with ice and checked on it every hour, but progress was slow.

We could not get the pump to work and attempts to contact service assistance I was met with comments that someone would contact me within 24-48 hours. I couldn’t speak to someone at the time that I was with the machine
Very disappointed in the machine and the assistance. Wasted $500
