Bought this ice maker and it doesn't work, call your customer service not one but twice. And your customer rep told me that someone would call me in a few days it's been a week haven't heard anything back very disappointed 😔

La machine a glacon est censé pouvoir etre réglé de 15 a - 7. Donc de glacon epais a fin. Faisant très chaud j ai voulu des glacon epais pour be pas qu ils fondent rapidement donc machine réglé a 15. A la place de gla on, j ai eu des plaquettes difficile a séparer. Apres avoir baissé plusieurs fois, j ai contacté le sav. Qui m ont dit de réglé entre 0 et -2. Mais la encore a -2, il y a des plaquettes certes plus facile a casser. Mais aussi des glaçons qui fondent très vite. J ai recontacte le sav qui m ont dit que c etait comme ca et pas autrement. Conclusion, c est une machine chere pour une très mauvaise qualité. Vraiment decus par vevor, les promesses ne sont pas au rendez-vous.

Installed ice machine and it doesent make ice. Doesent work. So i think this is wery bad quality😓

Figuring out a drain was a PITA. But it makes plenty of ice. The bin holds quite a bit. Not sure if it's 30 pounds, but figuring out how to get it to drain was a bugger to figure out. It says under counter, but they should have a built-in sump pump in it to push the drain water to a level of at least a sink drain. I had to place it on a pedestal, then have a bucket below it with a $20 dollar sump pump from Amazon under it to get the water P-Trap. It was a way for them to cheap out on a simple solution that they could have placed in the initial build. Debated sending it back, but summer is here, and I need the ice.

Did not come with instructions or the accessories to connect water also no ice scoop

Bought this to use for a memorial service for my dad‘s funeral. We were having over 100 people and I didn’t wanna have to keep buying ice since we were doing it outside and it was hot. I’m also a business owner so it was a no-brainer that we could use this in the office. Put it out of the box, read the directions, set it up and nothing. After 24 hours of nothing we had a friend who has an HVAC specialist come and look at it to see if he could get it working before the service. After testing it and looking at it over, he determined that there’s an internal issue with the motherboard. I’ve tried for two days to get someone from VEVOR to help me with this issue to no avail. Would really like to keep this if it was working, but since it’s not, I would appreciate them sending me a new one and then I can send this one back in the box that the new one comes in. Time will tell what VEVOR decides to do.

The instruction manual, despite being like 25 pages long, is basically useless. I read it front to back three times and still haven't gotten this machine operating without a leak 2 weeks later. Instruction manual says "make sure to install everything properly" and gives you no instruction on what "properly" is, which is frustrating. There's no start up guide or installation guide. The manual also doesn't tell you that to use it just with bottled water, you need to cap the other water line or it will leak from the other line, and it doesn't come with a cap. Then it doesn't tell you what the thickness settings are, which are -7 to 15 (?????? who chose this scale??), and 15 will freeze up the entire ice tray. The manual also doesn't explain all the features you can set using the display, which is extra confusing because there are a lot of features I know I can access I just don't have a guide on it. You ALSO need a pump for the drain pipe if you don't have a floor drain, but it doesn't give you a compatible model or any info on what kind or how big or anything, and it is only gravity fed so you have to have the ice maker high enough up to gravity feed into the pump. The screw clamp for the drain pipe was so bad, I couldn't tighten it fully, and had to purchase one to replace it. The ice it did make before it started leaking for a third time looked nice, and I am sure if you were having a plumber hook it up who had dealt with this type of machine before, it wouldn't be so bad, but this was not a DIY friendly machine and I wish I had just spent the money on ice for the summer instead. Customer service still has not responded other than the chat agent telling me someone would get back to me within 24-48 hours on 5/29 and then reaching out on 6/3 to say they'll reach out in 48 hours. 6/8 and still no response. Needless to say, I'd steer away.
