first off this item is a piece of junk! the pictures show that you can feed this ice maker with bottled water, that’s bull shit, you need an external pump, so I ordered it, then it’s not even producing ice, it’s just going through the cycle and not scan making ice. such a wast of money! do not purchase this machine!

Bought it in August, worked well for about a week and a half, now it stopped making ice, avoid avoid avoid.

Don't pump water

I bought ice maker before and other equipment from VEVOR but my two last ice maker I bought ! None of them make ice and and I don’t have any support or technichen to come look.

I received a machine that doesn't work! I have written to you several times, sent pictures and a video, but there is still no response. I am very disappointed.

I purchased this machine to provide good quality ice. It does not! The ice begins melting almost immediately. It comes out in a large block-not individual cubes. The ice full shutoff happens after only a few ice cycles, so you don't have the ice bucket full ever unless you constantly move the blocks out of the way. Customer service is HORRIBLE. I have tried to return this product for 2 weeks. I cannot reach anyone by phone and the Chat representatives only offer discounts or replacements. I had to dispute the charges on my credit card to stop payment.
