I have been trying to return a wrong order that was sent to me. No luck getting a response that means something. I need to return this item for a refund. But no one helps. wtf horrible customer service. Pissed customer. Shitty company. Want melt money back yesterday? Pathetic the way you are handling this.

crappy machine for its premium price. Came all scratched up and the cutting wheel sounds clunky. The vevor customer experience is worse than a nightmare or a fever dream. I wanted to buy so much more before this experience. Now I believe this was my last purchase. Beware of vevor

I bought the Slicer about a month ago for my new activity. The slicer came a bit scraped and looked like it wasn’t new but I did not pay too much attention. From the start it wasn’t the best quality but it was quite fair to the price. Two weeks after it got worse. The spinning knife already disengaged twice, that is very dangerous. Also it slice really really bad, the knife is not even straight, breaks the salami, the ham. Everything to pieces, instead of slicing it properly. Very disappointing as it was not cheap! And is not working properly a few weeks after the purchase!!!

Premier renvoi, la machine s'est perdu sur le trajet soi-disant. Deuxième envoie, les finitions de la machine sont vraiment médiocres. Vu que je vais faire une vidéo Youtube avec ça la fout mal

Not satisfied with the item and communicated to return. Ship item back for more than a month and no refund. No single reply to my message and this company just turn the deaf ear since then.

This product is not capable of slicing a roast. I wish to return it. 1. The manual is not printed with enough ink to be readable. Even a magnifying glass won't help. So the first impression is of lack of quality control. Plus I wanted to read it because the slicer doesn't work as needed 2. The meat tray has a quarter inch gap between it and the blade, so the roast gradually slides down through this gap and doesn't slice properly This happens over and over. I never had this problem with my previous slicer. Maybe there is a way to fix this in the manual that is unreadable. The product claims to slice between 0 - 0.4 VERY disappointed. 3. It is quite easy to hit the blade with the sharp prongs on the meat pusher...ridiculous.

machine came with a used blade and vevor would not make things right.Look elsewhere if you want to buy a meat slicer with a new blade.

Plus jamais sur ce site ! Trancheuse livrée mais ne fonctionne pas ! Demande de SAV avec envoie de pièces à changer soi même, je n’ai jamais reçu les pièces ! A fuir !!

Worst company EVER!!!!! Ordered meat slicer gets delivered by some shady delivery company and left outside a locked gate on a holiday weekend. Not there when o get to work and won’t refund anything or try to figure out a solution!!!!!!

I received a used/returned product which was badly scratched. They would not take the item back nor send me a replacement. They also do not have a customer service phone, so I got the run-around by the customer service online. They eventually gave me partial refund to keep the item. Good product. Horrible customer service.
