Works as described but i find it a little to small for my needs i should had bought the 2x15 L for the small difference of price. I find it a little hard to disassemble for the cleaning but in overall it makes good slush and in less than 45 minutes

We've used this machine about 10 times now. It has been a big hit with family and kids friends. Easy to use. We had a ninja slushi but this is so much better for larger get togethers. Seems to be built pretty well. Unit arrived with one of the auger motors making a loud sound. Support was very helpful and shipped me a new motor right away. It was super easy to swap out. People complaining don't understand what they are buying. If you want complete perfection go buy one from a big brand for $3,500+.

arrived today. not tested yet. shipping speed ok. tracking ok. super packed in wooden case, no breakage. I am satisfied.

Been wanting one for a long time and wish I had done it sooner, , , what an awesome machine. and once you figure and understand about the sugar content, you can use many things from cool aid to soda even milkshakes and frozen alcohol drinks. the instructions are very vague. But, if you have a sugar content of about 13 to 15 percent and set it on 2 or3 seems to work the best. sls 1 just makes cold drinks and no-alcohol drinks colder than 3 are so thick you cant suck it through a straw and have to use a spoon. If your cool aid is cold when you add it you will have a slushy in about 29 minutes. Get a simple Hydrometer like in the picture to measure the sugar %. And go with the 4L, it works well for 2 adults and 4 kids.

Im großen und ganzen ist es super nur läuft kondens Wasser unten rum und man denkt von wo kommt es warum läuft das Wasser da, Eine Hotline gibt es nicht anzurufen um das Problem zu schildern Dann ist es sehr sehr laut hatten es zuhause stehen und es war nach nervig Zeit anstrengend

This machine works amazing!!. However it arrived in terrible condition the box was torn up it looked like something had leaked in there. The red dot that’s in the box was activate stating it was laid on its side. The machine it self was bent on the back side corner and it looked like it was used. Reached out to vevor and they did try to fix the situation like by sending new parts as to which I agreed to. They came back with a counter offer in the form of a partial refund 1/5 of the cost to which I agreed. Now my current problem that I’m trying to find a solution to is that the spigot leaks the o-ring was over stretched and stuck. I had to cancel a contract and loose money. With this being the second use there is no way this should be happening. I need a solution to the o-ring situation.

Nous avons commandé le produit il a durer uniquement 1 semaine on essaye de contacter le SAV mais aucune aide aucun retour. Au bout d’une semaine il ne fonctionnait plus il ne glaçait plus du tout c’était très liquide

Nos llega la granizadora SIN TAPAS de los contenedores, además de con notable dulce en los dispensadores, es decir no nos enviaron una máquina nueva sino probablemente una ya devuelta. LO PEOR no es el producto incompleto y usado, sino el PÉSIMO servicio. Hemos pedido la entrega de las tapas, en la última petición la devolución y solo mandan números de reportes sin una atención de ninguna persona que nos pueda apoyar realmente. Necesitamos respuestas, no puede ser que nos ignoren de esta manera, y al parecer, no solo a nosotros. Personalmente no recomiendo comprar en esta empresa.
