If I could select 0 stars I would. I've never purchased a Vevor machine of any kind so this is my first and to be honest I will never purchase another machine from them. I bought the ink version and it doesn't print and the screen doesn't work consistently. I'm very technical so I tried to troubleshoot myself to no avail. Contacted support and I'm in this constant stall tactic of "our escalation team needs to review" well it's been about 2 weeks with zero progress or response from the escalation team. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER VEVOR PRODUCT EVER! I plan to contact my credit card company to stop payment until this get's resolved.

Im*** Not recommended, poor quality
I recently purchased this machine to work primarily as a sealer and dater, I have so much problems with it , contacted support who said I have to replace the mother board then they said they are out of stock so they sent me another machine which had the same problem.
It does not print the date, I tried several times, programming is not easy, it works for a day then fails the next. I am only using it as a sealer.
I do not recommend if you need to print the date on the bag.

I placed the order and paid for it on August 5th but never received it. I kept tracking the shipment but it shows that it is still with you. It has been 40 days so for and I get this review request. I tried to cancel the order but your site did not offer cancellation before receiving the order.
Contact me immediately before I contact the Credit Card for a possibility of fraud from your behalf.

Eli not good
One of the machines has been broken for a month, and I've tried contacting customer service without success. I paid for a protection plan, but they haven't responded to that either. The machine isn't sealing properly.
