I thought this tiller would come assembled? Then to try to return it seems to be a problem for you!! Why make it so difficult? I will never order from you again and if I can’t get you to respond with anything but an AI is bad business.

This thing is a beast! At first it seemed an incredible value, but apparently it has more power than it can safely use. First use was really impressive and I was very happy with it. The motor doesn't even bog down. However, the gears in the transmission stripped the second time I got it out. The tines don't turn but the motor runs. It's been 11 days now since I first contacted Vevor, and I still don't know if parts are even available. If I can get the parts to make it work again I'll likely take the outer tines off to lessen the load on the transmission to extend its' life. Vevor has offered money for my "inconvenience", but without parts support my tiller is just a pile of scrap to dispose of. This was my second purchase from Vevor, and I'm sure it won't be my last, but I'll be much more careful of what I buy in the future. Don't expect any ordinary level of support if there is a problem, and be willing to just throw it away if it breaks.

It's awkward to use and not very safe. It jumps around and you have to bend over to hold it down to the ground which is hard on your back. The bars holding the handle to the actual tiller bent and snapped while I was operating it and caused the tiller to flip up which could have caused serious injury if I hadn't been paying attention

Was trying to put together and 1 of the holes is not predrilled on the handle not sure I have a project I really need this now so I’m going to try to drill a hole and hope it works

Will not till up living vegetation. Needs more weight amd power. Price is good but does not do what i needed. Rent a gas powered unit for the money.

I have bought other tillers that were able to digg hard areas in San Antonio. I was not able to till at all.

Cheap, terrible products, 2 items I bought were damaged. They try to give you a small refund.. There is no.phone.# for customer service and it takes 3 days for a.response.. Frustrating. I will NOT buy anything else from this company

Missing parts it's been over 10 days of back and forth with customer service. They take days to reply back. Now they refuse to send the missing part. The tool is useless without it. I'm missing the wheel and all the hardware to assemble the unit.
