I like really the product, but the battery’s life it’s too short. I want other battery for makes more longer my woks and finish better cutting it basically have other battery for following cutting, I call but no one’s answering if this can be possible buy others battery for this machine. 😞

Todo bien hasta que la batería dejó de funcionar,el uso de la máquina es bastante esporádico y en 8 meses la batería no dura ni 5 minutos, El mayor problema es que no encuentras otra batería de repuesto

I was happy to buy this tool. I dearly need and did a bit of online research before I ordered. I wanted a trimmer that was battery operated and could be easily used in different positions. Nevertheless, I'm disappointed. At 8 lbs. it's too heavy for me and I can't use it very well. Once, extended, it's difficult to contract - at least for me. Let me say I'm 70+ and a granny, but I use power tools and work in the yard everyday.

The battery needs to be stronger charged all night and it didn’t last 45 minutes

not the model # that was ordered - the one i ordered was model # MOE-19ET-510 the one i received is model # ET-1611-510 and they can't figure it out even though there both 20 vdc batteries are not interchangeable

Ho acquistato il tagliasiepi con batteria già inclusa ma adoperandolo si scaricava dopo 50 minuti , mi occorreva un'altra batteria supplementare e mi scrivono che non è disponibile. Mi sembra che non sia possibile una cosa del genere. Mai più comprerò prodotti Vevor.

L'attrezzo funziona bene, la batteria ha una bella durata. Però è molto pesante e si può usare soltanto con l'asta lunga rendendo il lavoro faticoso.

Not very happy with the tool, to be honest. The biggest drawback is the length of the pole. It was my mistake to choose the longer version, but even when it is not extended the pole is still too long, which makes the tool exhausting to use. Another issue is that the trimmer cannot be operated without the pole. To reduce the effort needed to keep the pole at an angle to the ground, you have to move your main hand (the one operating the controls) quite far back, which is also tiring. The only position where the pole does not cause too much discomfort is when used vertically to reach higher areas. Other than that, I do not have major complaints: the cutting head works well, and the battery lasts for about half an hour of almost continuous use (possibly longer, but I did not test it further).
