Says item was shipped to me, but I never received it

Got this and was excited to use it. Used it once with very good results even though it leaked at the handle like most have experienced. Did a little adjusting and it mostly stopped leaking. I can deal with a little leak but I cannot deal with a unit that doesn't turn on at all. I charged it after the first use and it wouldn't turn on. A little messing with it and it finally turned on. Used it the second time, recharged the battery, and now it won't turn on at all. I mean nothing turns on. Not the pump, not the wand, not even the volt meter on the front. Took it apart to see if wiring was messed up. It is not. Battery is fully charged according to my multimeter but I get nothing. Don't waste money on this one. Great price! But this one is cheap for a reason. I don't normally write reviews, especially negative ones, but this one made me want to hopefully save someone else time and money. I like some of the Vevor products but I would advise not buying this one

I had the item for a few weeks before I went to use it. It leaks in multiple places, complete waste of $$$. Problem is I didn't test it in the return window so basically threw $$$ away. Definitely do not recommend.

Bad purchase lid doesn't stay on or pump up. Won't stay charged. Don't waste your money

This product is cheap, quality is very subpar. Leaks in multiple areas. Try to return and they are giving the push back. Going against the 30 day refund policy.

I’ve tried to repair this and I cannot get it to stop leaking. Mind you had I used this immediately when I got it I would’ve realized that it leaked and returned it, but I did not. It was past the point of return either way the quality just didn’t do it for me.

My order had three items and this backpack sprayer never was delivered.

Received a cracked product. I contacted customer service and was told I would only be refunded $45 when I spent $95. After that, I told them either they send me a brand new unused item or refund the entire cost. I received a full refund. No apology or follow up. Also, if you purchase an item online you cannot exchange it in the store.

problems with psi, not putting out enough pressure turning the power on creates noise and does not stop. these is no phone number that works to talk about the problem. also was issue a ticket no. supplies a video that worked. 4 days no contacting about the product. what are my options. this sprayer was used three times. I gave my phone number and email.

I was so disappointed with this product. The wand leaks from multiple points- even after using the provided tape to seal, trying to reassemble, and eliminate user error as much as possible. I tried to use it despite the leaks and ended up soaking wet. Luckily, I wasn't spraying anything that could have caused any bodily harm. My boyfriend also purchased this unit and he also has found the wand leaking and unable to prevent the leaks. I was grateful for the Vevor customer service. This is the first item I've purchased that has been a disappointment and Vevor was very quick to support.
