I had bought this item the attaching hose that came with it was defective had no threads on one end I emailed them 25 times to get the same answer how can we help you how can we help you 25 times I try to reach out to them and only by email by the way no telephone numbers I would not do business with this company they will never take care of your issue

I bought this sprayer and arrived with a sprayer handle that has the wrong size thread on the hose side. They did give me a discount to keep it but I am still unable to use as I can’t find an adapter.

This is the second sprayer as the first had a leak and replaced under warranty. However the second one they sent leaks exactly in the same spot. It leaks at the strap mount on the tank just like the first one. Clearly this is an issue if two of them do the same thing. I'm not even going to bother with warranty again. Waste of money.

Purchased a 4 gallon backpack sprayer. When it arrived, I checked everything, and found that it didn't have slots for the straps to go through. I contacted the company, and asked for a replacement, due to mine not being right. Instead of trying to resolve the issue immediately, I was given the run around for 3 weeks! They offered me $25 to keep the defective product. I told them, " why would I essentially pay $75 for a defective product. I told them that I wanted a full refund! They sent me a return slip, and in their final message, told me to "Have a nice life!". Sarcasm,on top of being inept at your job,does not make for a successful company! I guess the Chinese forgot to teach them that during orientation.

Leaking day one at the plastic seam. Chemical burns on my back because of this and the company won’t answer my requests to return it or to exchange it even though I have only owned it for 1.5 weeks now…

Ive had nothing but problems since ive got it and havent got to use it. Bought a warranty to cover it and they keep trying to give me money back instead of what i ordered and paid for. Id run from this product

Ordered this around Christmas time so I could be ready for the summer. When I opened the box in June. There was no wand, or hoses in the box. Sprayer is just sitting in the back of the garage unable to be used.

Nozzle won't quit spraying and top cap won't stay on. Piece of junk
