Vector Customer Service is horrible. I followed the prompts to ask for a refund because the unit is too heavy. I set up a ticket and never got a follow up call or email. I tried to call the phone number and each time I was out on hold for the next customer service rep and each time it was on hold for a few minutes and then I got a message stating no one was available to take the call and the call dropped. I have yet to get a resolution and I don’t expect to get one

Purchased this sprayer hoping to use it just around my home, it just never worked well. When using it fluid wouild leak out the nozzel unless I shut the power switch. The battery would only last 10-15 minutes and just would never get charged up completly even overnight. The quaility seems poor but maybe I just got a lemon. Vevor did refund my money and I sent the unit back. I dont think I'll buy another one from Vevor, I'll buy from another vendor but will cost more, hoping the quaility will be better

Day I received the backpack sprayer I assembled tested then plugged it in to charge. When I look up the chargers smoking and smelt of burning plastic so unplugged it. Immediately reached out to customer service about the chargers smoking and they have been “investigating” the issue for a week. Plan to remediate their problems for them if you purchase.

Backpack sprayer would not shut off, continued to discharge liquid. Customer support was contacted multiple times with no response. A return ticket was issued, customer service canceled the ticket. As of 5 days, no reply has been received. Backpack was junk on delivery. Customer service absolutely the worst.. beware of Vevor they must be overwhelmed with the junk they have been selling.

Here I thought I found a great product but when opened my package and inspected the sprayer is has no capacity markings on it. In the product video and in the Q&A section it says it has makings but when I contacted support they said otherwise. According to support team it is stated on the product page that there is no capacity markings.

Purchased the backpack sprayer and had a leak from the sprayer trigger handle. Contacted support no resolve for three weeks. Had purchased the warranty. Could not send me a new handle, offered me a $9.00 replacement cost. Just totally ridiculous. Totally not satisfied with product and customer support.

I received the sprayer and assembled it. I mixed weed killer and began spraying. My back stated burning. Come to find out it had a hairline crack in the plastic and was leaking chemical on my back. Now I'm having a hard time getting a refund for their junk.

It’s very heavy, the sprayers are low quality, and you shouldn’t have made the cap with a handle unless you were going to make it strong enough to lift with a full load of liquid because it falls off and rips and the liquid spills out. Great Media not so good product 😟

I did a chat with your online associate lady week, because one of the sprayers that I ordered stopped working, and I haven't heard anything back from them yet. I would appreciate a response to know if anything will be done regarding this matter. Thank you

This sprayer started out great, I was thrilled with the ease of the electric sprayer. I have sprayed literally thousands of gallons through hand pump back pack sprayers. On the third use, the brass hose fitting split. Running low pressure. Contacted support and was told I was out of warranty. They don't sale replacement hoses and I have tried to find a hose with the same fitting. Apparently this is near impossible in the USA. Don't buy it, you can't get parts and it didn't hold up. Now it's trash.
