The balusters are thinner than expected. We purchased 305 units of the 29.5” size / 5 packs of 61. We will likely be short 14 balusters. The 29.5” balusters are only sold in a pack of 61 - I made several attempts to contact customer service to purchase a smaller quantity with no results. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service.

Di*** Cheap screws
Flimsy and the screws are breaking off randomly. We didn’t put any strain on the baluster when installing so the screws shouldn’t be breaking. Cheapo materials

Very disappointed, I ordered these 2 years ago to do. My backdeck do the same with my front deck this year. Whenr on their website, click order again. And when they came in, they were different than the first time I had him. So now I have a full case I can't use.

3 stars due to foreseen future integrity issues Vevor Deck Balusters
I bough these to keep the dogs out of my wife's garden. They work, but they are flimsy even after securing them with 4 screws Also... the screws are not wood screws, they are machine screws. My suggestion would be to buy 1 1/4" wood or deck screws in black so that you do not have to worry about the integrity of your railing a year from now.

DC Not the greatest
Product is decent. I bought these balusters to match my existing ones. They were quite a bit thinner and lighter so I ended up replacing my old ones on one site of the deck so that they all match. The enclosed screws were garbage as the heads broke off quite easily. I do not recommend using the enclosed screws.

These were the wrong parts for me. I tried to return them. You guys offered me a partial refund. I countered, and you guys ghosted me.
So my ratings is pretty low because of that.
And I’m stuck with these balusters I can’t use. I was willing to pay for shipping to get them back to you. It’s the ghosting part that I’m having a difficult time with. If you’d like to give me a call to talk about it my phone number is 541-729-0429. My name is Rick Allen.
