Got one, it stopped working, a few new parts was sent, added them, still nothing, finally they replaced the full heater. Used the new one for a few months, them summer, so no use, along came colder months, turned it on and got another week out of it and the matching is throwing out the same errors as the last one that couldn't be fixed. I gave up. Save you money, it is a piece of crap.

Ich habe mich bein Kauf vertan und wollte die Ware zurück schicken der Support schrie so vor das ich den Artikel lieber behalten solle da ich mit sehr hoher Rückversands Kosten rechnen muss. Verkäufer noch kooperativ. Ich kaufe da nie wieder was

Does not control temperature, only blows hot all the time. Even If temperature is set lowest possible. Is also very noisy because blows hot all the time. Cannot use this, because my camper gets too hot.

Worked few weeks even if it smelled diesel inside and just stop one day. Total deception for us

I could never get it to run, right.. bought a different style that was all-in-one unit looks like a toolbox worked way better

I received this heater December 6 opened it took it out of the box plugged it up. It never worked. I reached straight out to them told them it was defective. I asked them to replace it. They offered to send me a switch. I told him I was not accepting any parts for it to to fix it they refused to replace it or refund me the purchase price they offered me $26 refund and told me I could keep it. I told them I absolutely not. I wanted it refunded or exchanged. They stopped communicating our reach out to PayPal Paypal gave them two months to do something about the heater. I haven’t heard anything from anyone. I’ve still got about two weeks left before PayPal steps in everything else I have bought from this company has been good but at the point you send something to someone that is junk and doesn’t work there’s not much to say about your company when you won’t replace it Thank you and consideration when you buy something from them

Item was not recieved. Got only a refund. But wasted three weeks of time waiting for item.

Uses so much diesel in one night 2.5 ltrs. Outrageous and the fan uses so much power it drains the battery in one night say 4 hours use.

First one smoked a lot and didnt produce any heat. Got a new one and same problem. Then they gave me my money back and still have no heat in my garage.. dont buy this since its a lottery to get a working one.
