I just received my diesel heater a couple of days ago and I fueled it up and et it run for about 4 hours. I kept smelling diesel fuel and when I moved it, I smell more diesel fuel so I’ll reach out to Vevor customer service which took them almost 2 days to respond just to tell me to replace the fuel cap. I just bought this heater and I don’t think I should have to pay to replace the fuel cap or tighten up bolts on this heater. I cannot deal with the diesel smell as it spills when I move this heater around. Everything else with this heater works I recently purchased a diesel heater and fueled it up, running it for about four hours. However, I kept smelling diesel fuel, and when I moved it, the smell intensified. I reached out to Vevor customer service, but they took nearly two days to respond, only to advise me to replace the fuel cap. Considering that I recently bought this heater and don’t believe I should have to pay to replace the fuel cap or tighten the bolts, I’m concerned about the situation. The diesel smell is a significant issue because it spills when I move the heater. While everything else with the heater works great, I’m struggling to overcome the diesel smell and resolve this issue with the company. After spending nearly $600 on other items and planning to spend more, I really want to know how they would address this issue without suggesting a simple replacement. I want to share this experience with others in case they encounter the same problem. I’ve only had the heater for less than a week, and I had planned to create a YouTube video about diesel heaters from this company, but now I’m uncertain about proceeding.great. It’s just getting over the diesel smell and trying to work it out with this company after I spent nearly $600 on other items and plan on spending more. I would like to know how they would resolve this issue without telling me to replace the cap. Just want to let others know to be aware in case you have the same issue. I’ve only had this heater for now less than a week. I wanted to do a YouTube video on diesel heaters from this company but now I don’t know.

I don’t have a product issue, I have a product support issue. There is no phone number to call and 95% of the customer service I received was AI. I spent a whole weekend sending my responses only to get the same questions and requests from the AI bot on the other end asking me to send pictures which I had already done. The next time I had a question it was the same type of nonsense in a response only to tell me in the end that Vevor doesn’t sell accessories and that I should go to Amazon. It took 5 days to get that one sorted out. The company that I work for did $81 million in aftermarket sales in 2025. Vevor might want to get a better strategy

Used this 7 times now and it's showing up start up failure... not firing up

Worked fine for 2-3 weeks then started acting up white smoke , won’t start. Contacted VEVOR and all I received was a video, on what to look for . And that was through email. Nothing else . I can definitely say VEVORs customer service sucks

It is so disappointing the heat cant even reach to + 20 or +25 Get only to + 8 Even if we run it on high.. Fauls advertisement that it doesn't heat the shed like it says it would..

unpacked this and it was missing the LCD display, remote and carbon monoxide detector.

Just received this unit and only managed to load diesel into the tank for a test run. Managed to get it to run easily and ran it for an hour. It's been a week since and I noticed a pool of diesel all over the floor and all over the base of the unit! Now I need to figure out where it's leaking from. Not great.

Has never worked since purchase. E10 code comes up. Should work right out of box for $180. This my second diesel heater and I thought the Trolley style would be easier to transport. Quality needs improvement needs to be a focus.

Purchased this heater it came in broken, they are not giving me a refund and want to ship the parts to me for me to fix. Pay good money to work on things. What kinda of business sells broken stuff and expects the customer to fix. Crappy quality and customer service do not waste your money, buy from another company that stands behind the product they sell.
