Me llego con el tubo de toma de aire exterior desviado asi que no puede montarse bien en la base. Normal supongo en un proceso de fabricacion de productos de bajo precio, el problema es que Vevor i el atencion al cliente se lavan las manos. No sorprende, pero para futuros compradores es algo a tener en cuenta.

Couldn’t get unit to even power up. Connected to battery just like instructions said and couldn’t even get the monitor to come on. Waste of time and money.

It’s a cheap heater and easy to set up for the price, however, when the temperature drops below 20°F, this thing really really really struggles to start and instead leaks because the fuel pump delivers too much diesel when the unit is trying to heat up.

I bought it because it was advertised as 8 kW, but in reality it delivers only about 3.5 kW. This was confirmed by Vevor themselves, who admitted the 8 kW claim is mainly a marketing label. Unfortunately, 3.5 kW is not sufficient to heat the space I intended. Here is their response Dear customer, Thank you for being so patient. Kindly note at 0.36 L/h fuel consumption and ~9.8 kWh/L, the heater can only receive about 3.5 kW of chemical energy. With realistic efficiency (80–90%), the actual heat output is ~2.8–3.2 kW, not 8 kW. The advertised “8 kW” for this type of diesel air heater is not a measured thermal output. It is a nominal/marketing rating or size class, often referring to a theoretical maximum or product category rather than real delivered heat. In practice, many low-cost “8 kW” diesel heaters deliver around 3–4 kW of usable heat, which aligns with your energy-balance calculation. Detailed efficiency or standardized test documentation explaining the 8 kW claim is typically not provided for these products. If you have any more questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

I bought five of these same heaters they are all malfunctioning with the same part vevor has lowered their price I'm pretty sure they know what's going on they're making it almost impossible for me to contact them they haven't contact me back yet I think it's a scam shame on you vivor

Do not buy these heaters I bought five of them they're all doing the same exact thing it's the control board it throws off three or four different codes after running it for a few days they have lowered the price on this I'm sure they know it's going on and I have tried to get into their returns and they will not contact me or let me contact them this is a scam I'm pretty sure shame on you vevor.

The heater you sent me a week ago has already quit working need to send it back and get another one along with the other two new ones I have to send back they're all junk every one of them either the heater sensor are going bad because the head is too hot one thing leads to another they're all drunk I have four of them I need to start sending them back get rid of the scrap metal out of my house rather have my money back ASAP this is my second time of wanting my money back don't need you to send me more scrap metal
