I bought this for home use yesterday it is large but it is almost completely stainless and metal. The Bosch hone mixer that was stainless actually is stainless wrapped plastic and came apart while hand washing and has plastic that does not hold up to bread kneading not to mention smaller capacity but cost a couple hundred more. I am happy with my purchase no frills just basic low med high has mixer wisk paddles and dough hook. I can quadruple my recipe and still have room thats 8 loaves kneaded at once!

For the price it has performed as well as our Hobart mixer. We bake a lot of cookies and brownies with this every day. Works exceptionally well for 1/3 the price, as a small business owner every purchase is directly related to profit or loss.

We ordered this mixer to replace the one that our senior center had used since the early 90s. Honestly, we have only used it twice, but both times have been great. The machine is quiet and mixes very well. There are options for low, medium, and high speeds, plus a timer option. So far, it has been a good purchase choice.

There are a lot of good things about this mixer - it is reasonably priced, seems to be of high quality, and is pretty easy to use. My only gripe about it is that I bought it for making bread, and the low speed is not the best for kneading dough (it's pretty fast). The user's manual does state that it's not ideal for bread making, but I did not know this until after I had purchased it. It get's the job done, but with more babysitting than I was hoping for in a commercial mixer.

Great product works well good value but little concerned with the handling of the shipping the mixing bowl was damaged we think do to the packaging of the beaters

The motor burns VERY hot and the machine doesnt seem to seal correctly while mixing so its very noisy but that may be due to the length of time in shipping. The box was very beaten up by the time it got to me which I believe was the fault of FedEx not vevor. The vevor customer service was very nice to me and the price was good. I have no complaints with the company and will purchase again, I would maybe spend a little extra money on a different model of mixer though.

bien emballer mais malgré ça le bol présente un plat d'un coté mais n'influence pas l'efficacité. Avec le crochet pour la pâte ça passe à voir avec le fouet et la palette qui passe plus prés du bord du bol.

I like the power of the unit. I am making 4 loaves for each batch and it handles it on low speed. I wish they had a lower speed as the flour and liquids fly everywhere on low. I still have not figured out the timer since there are no directions. It certainly has met the needs of our family.
