Box had a little mark on it but did not look damaged. Plastic was broke by motor and is unusable. Still waiting to hear how to return it. I spent $160 on a item I can not use. Kind of holding up my project or wont need by the time I get a replacement.

Dear Customer Support, I am writing 02600915112000799. The wall sander turns on, but it does not sand the walls at all. It only makes noise and is completely ineffective. I used it for about 10 minutes, and it performed very poorly. It is not suitable for professional use. The product is of very poor quality, and I am very disappointed. I bought multiple items that are broken and no one will answer or help me

I'm on the second one and cable has broke after one house . Need to figure out why. It's a little heavy but does sand good when it works

I bought this drywall sander and at the beginning it worked really well. However, after about 30 minutes of use the machine suddenly stopped and the motor would not run anymore. Customer service reviewed my description and the video I sent. They decided to send a spare part and expect me to replace the controller myself. The problem is that I already started a job and it needs to be finished. Waiting for parts and repairing the tool myself can take time and delays the work. For a tool that is supposed to be used professionally, reliability is very important. Based on my experience, I would suggest considering carefully whether this product can be trusted for daily work.

Received the item, dead on arrival. Took it to an electrician and was told the variable speed board was bad. Asked to return the item within a 5 days of getting it, it took me till the weekend to open it and try it, was told I needed to show pictures of what was wrong. It didn't work, so I sent a video of it not working and was asked to make sure the motor brushes were replaced with the extra set provided, even after I told them it was the variable speed board. In the photo, if you look at where the green wire, it's loose and when you look at the back (top left) you can see that the board is defective where it's burnt around the solder. So I did replace the brushes, still didn't work, asked to return it and was told they will send a part. It has been a 30 days and still no part, which I was told would take 10 to 15 days to deliver. I ended up using my palm sander to do the walls so I could finish my project. I would not buy.

Pure arnaque qui rapporte beaucoup d'argent a cette compagnie, article bon marché brise ou ne fonctionne pas bien, bonne chance pour un retour, si vous insistez elle vous offre un remboursement de 1/4 du prix payer et là si vous refusez elle coupe la communication, alors vous restez prix avec leur scrap.
