Fresh out of the box, each of the blades has noticeable bumps along the entire edge. When using, it left streaks along everything. The only straight blade was the 4 inch scraper. Everything else about the product was as i would expect and the hard case is a nice addition. But unfortunately, it fails in the only important function of spreading smooth drywall mud. My guess is that they forgot to grind the edge smooth after punching the steel out.

After receiving the damaged product and writing Vevor back and forth, Vevor offered me a $40 coupon for the product that cost $135.00. Then I checked the receipt and realized I had purchased shipping protection that cost$2.91, only after sending a screen shot of the receipt to Vevor did they offer me the full refund! A lot of hassle for something that should have been refunded in the first place, still waiting for the refund on my visa? Anytime now would be nice Vevor!

24” blade came damaged out of the case. Emailed decor have not received any feedback from them. Right now I would not recommend this product.

The product and packaging looks great at first glance. Unfortunately, after the first use the product was no longer useful. The 24" blade came undone from the screw in position and the 32" blade came with a slight bend, made a call to customer service and as I expected, they were no help.

Everyone of the drywall mudding blades came bent and are unusable! I love all the other products I have purchased frome Vevor they are a great company, I want to use this product but they are unusable.

Absolute Garbage, the tile machine cutting bar gives as you score The tile towards the middle it barely marked the tile. So the cut towards the end goes inward or outward. So when it goes inward you lose the tile because it cuts it short. If it cuts outward then you have to finish the cut with a grinder. I had to buy 3 extra boxes of tiles just to finish the job

Blade on skimmer came bend o have some crises ask for replacement Try to get some type of tech support really poor customer service looks like language barrier Plus answer from email said they don have replacement parts makes the tool totally unreliable and discardable
