They sent the wrong one, ordered the 1500lb version, they sent the 600lb version.

Damaged. Sent me tube to get tire fixed. Additional costs involved in replacing tube and repairing tire.

Purchased a month ago. Missing front axel and securing latch, have still not received parts. Here it sits collecting dust😔

I used the wagon once to carry some pool sullies from my car to the pool area and 2 cotter pins from the wheels broke and the wheels fell off. Now im left having to purchase cotter pins. Not happy with this wagon

One tire was flat when i opened the box. Their solution was to send me a tube that I had to inflate and somehow figure out how to get that into the tire. Why didn't they just replace the entire tire rather than make me inflate the tube and put it in the tire???? I had to get a tool to get the stem through the rim. It was a lot of work for a brand new wagon. Very dissatisfied.

This is a piece of crap it’s a good design but it’s poor material I need my money back

Kippfunktion löst bei geringer Belastung von selbst aus. Ladung fällt dann unkontrolliert hinten runter. Unbrauchbar

Colis perdu puis dans un état pitoyable,manque des vis. On me propose dame me renvoyer les vis.....puis au bout d'un moment on me dis ,les vis sont perdus voulez vous un geste commercial ? N'ayant pas vraiment le choix. Du coup a moi d'aller chercher les vis. Pour un article de ce prix là , un sav efficace aurait été apprécié Du coup pas encore monter a voir l'utilisation quand il le sera.

The cart is fine. The plastic is a little flimsy. One of the tires won't inflate and I haven't been sent a new one. I've been using it with a flat tire, which is incredibly annoying.
