Ausreichend für meine Zwecke. Einfaches Handling, tut was es soll und das jeden Tag. Danke. Da sollten andere Hersteller so langsam am Preis und an der Zuverlässigkeit arbeiten.

Odd that it came with a 115V plug, when it's a 220V machine. Other than that, nice machine. Cuts accurately with no need to do an initial setup. The plastic covering the screen is a little annoying when pushing the buttons. Very quiet operating. I would like to have 3 digits in inches, where it has 2. I added a small under counter light to it, as it has no table light. The line light is still visible with it on. Best deal anywhere for a hydraulic paper cutter.

This 19" electric paper cutter is an upgrade to the 17.7" one and is worth the extra difference in price. Looks like the blade will be easier to adjust and you can program your sizes in to have the back gauge automatically move to the next position. The manual is very hard to understand, and customer service takes a long time to respond to any problems you have. There's a switch on the front to raise and lower the clamp (paper presser). To lower it, you simply push the down button, but to raise it, you have to push the up button on the switch and the LEFT cut button at the same time. For helpful videos on how to use this cutter, go on YouTube and search "E490T electric paper cutter", they may not all be the same brand but are very similar in operation.

When it comes to jogging the paper for cutting the casing is light weight, not the best thing to do on the cutter. Other than that I love it.

i love my new cutter! looked around everywhere for an automatic cutter. This was the best price for the unit with good reviews. i received it rather quickly and i had no problem setting it up on the table i needed it to be on with the help of one other person. So far so good! cuts amazing. i have not had to call customer service so i can't speak on that service.

The experience of purchasing this product was straightforward and delivered within our given timeframe. We did have a few issues with the cutter but customer service was great in getting us the steps needed to fix the issues. I love this cutter and am excited to use it for my present and future projects.

En si la máquina es buena, corta bien y funciona correctamente. El problema viene con lo recto (o no) del ángulo de corte: la mía corta torcido y por mucho que lo he intentado no hay manera de dejar en ángulo perfectamente recto la pata de empuje. Si almenos tuviera dos puntos de sujeción sería más sencillo. Al tener sólo uno central cada vez que aprietas un tornillo se tuerce del otro.

We purchased this in mid-September and installed it a couple weeks ago. I would love to report it is great, except I can't. It won't power on. Off the pallet, out of the box, we have no power. We have replaced the outlet, ran the line back to the box to ensure it wasn't on our end. The unit simply won't work. Both my copy center technician and I have reported the issues. We have called and emailed a number of times, to no avail. No one seems to want to deal with this. I put in a return request yesterday, still no response (over 24 hrs ago). I purchased a warranty as well, which apparently doesn't mean squat, since no one will respond to me. I cannot say this enough - avoid purchasing from this company.
