The unit came out wired incorrectly… I had to take apart the 7pin connector and move wires around… so far I have it so my headlights need to be on in order for it to operate, but it’s better than nothing when I first plugged it in. Also, yes it’s slow, not a big deal…. But the throw on the isn’t very far. So when I put it on my truck’s receiver hitch, after getting the stand off the ground with the motor, I need to pull the pin to raise up the stand before I drive, I can’t just raise it all the way up with the motor. CHINA

TERRIBLE. 2 weeks into it being mounted it quit working. Terrible experience. And terrible product. The customer service is an absolute nightmare to.

Got this Jack & had it installed by a friend. It didn’t work at all, checked fuse & changed fuse without results. Sent several emails & pictures to Vevor, plus a video using their app Swiss tech or whatever due to size. Getting a replacement or refund has been a pain in butt.. purchased another from different company & received it while still waiting on Vevor results. Not sure where their system has failed but it definitely has on this item & me as a customer this time!!!

I got the trailer jack and it doesn’t work. I thought it might be the truck so I plugged my trailer in and it works fine. VEVOR has yet to refund me or replace it

It’s the only thing I have purchased from Vevor that is a terrible product. I purchased one it did not work out of the box so they offered me half my money back or a new one so had no choice but to get a new one and guess what it did not work out of the box. So now I’m out of all my money and stuck with no electric trailer jack. Do not buy its junk.

Happy we tried it before we installed it! No light no up and no down... should have read and watched other reviews... do t but this!

Nice looking jack but goes up like a turtle not strong enough like they advertise will be asking for a refund

Didn't even last 6 months and it's broken. The switch literally fell apart.

This Jack does not fit every trailer. It does not align with my existing holes on my trailer. I let Vevor know, and they have pretty much ghosted me. It’s been 5 days, and all they say is we will look into it. What’s there to look into? I’ve asked for a return label, and I have not got one. So be advised. Extremely disappointed with the customer service.

My trailer jack arrived damaged in shipping. I submitted a damage report with photos immediately. The only follow-up I’ve had from Vevor was to request more photos of the shipping packaging which I submitted immediately. No further response in 4 days. This is really poor customer support. Other companies would have a replacement on the way within a couple of days.
