I love everything about this Jack with the exception of the LED lights, I’ll get to that in a minute. The Jack comes with a nice round plate and a secure latch pin that is great. Operational speed is also really good especially with a load on the trailer. The alternate mounting holes to angle the jack are excellent and prevent the truck bed from slamming down onto it. The on-board and wireless operation are fantastic, although the wireless isn’t really needed. Now, the LED lights… those are just downright terrible. Very dimly lit and not really useable at night. If it had brighter lights it would have gotten 5 stars.

Have it mounted on a car hauler. Although it slows a bit with a heavy tounge weight, it doesn't stall.

Great jack, great price, but the packaging needs work. There are 3 screws holding the top plastic in place. When I got mine, all 3 screws broke through the plastic causing the rubber gromet on top to push out. The fix was to simply pull the top off and put some washers around the screws. The light doesn't work which I'm assuming is for the same reason but I haven't bothered to investigate it. My guess is that someone dropped it upside down in transit. figure out better packaging and it would be 5 stars all the way around.

So far this jack is great should have bought along time ago. Easy install and love the remote and lights

The electric trailer jack seems to be made well, or as about as well as other "name" brand jacks for twice the cost. It was a direct replacement for my rv jack and a nice upgrade. The wireless remote is my favorite feature.

Item damage upon arrival

Works like it should. I wired it to the RV Battery so I wouldn't need to plug it into the truck, however I still have the option to plug it into the truck if I want to. Seems well made and so far no issues with the jack. If it lasts I'll be very happy with my purchase.

Does exactly what they say it does. So far, so good. Can’t apeak for the longevity, but it lifts my 14’ double axle thats fully loaded with no problems at all. Beats hand cranking for sure!

Delivery was fast and the package was well packed. Bolts on real easy and hooks up ready to use right out of the box. Little weak but great item overall

Works great, easy install
