Received the motor and found out it was already broken on delivery.

Atnāca ar lielu kavēšanos. Kaste izskatās tā it kā viņu noliktavās mētāja. Caurums kastē. Iekārta darbojas nekorekti. Enkura režīmā iekārta visu laiku griežas apkārt savai asij un iespiež vadu. Visu laiku manuāli motors pašam jāpagriež atpakaļ kas traucē tā izmantošanu. Nevienam neiesaku.

Impossible for me to review! The remote control didn't work! Contacted vevor for a new one...finally they shipped it...went to the wrong address!!! been waiting weeks. Last I heard from them they are working on it!!! I have bought otherVevor products and iInever had a problem. I cannot understand why it was shipped to wrong address somewhere in Michigan!! Totally unacceptable!!!!!!

I am a fan of VEVOR. However, this product is not good quality whatsoever. It came in broken. Very cheaply made, return was a hassle. Don’t waste your money. Buy a Minn Kota.

LE GPS EST PAS EFFICACE CAR IL ARRETE PAS DE TOURNER .CE QUI OCASIONNE LE CABLE CE MELE AUTOUR ;TOUJOUR VERIFIER SI LE CABLE EST PAS EMELER A CHAQUE ARRET

Mounting bracket is very bulky doesn't flush mount your motor like other units directions and operating instructions not the best make sure you measure good cause with brackets and motor you only get about 30 inches to reach water with 36 inch saft. Used alot of vevor products but don't recommend this one you get what you pay for .

The first couple of times I used this it worked amazing, I even recommended it to a few people. However. After a few trips it started to malfunction. Now it does not work at all. I reached out to support and they were helpful at first offering replacement parts to help figure out the problem. When the first one didn't fix the issue they then offered me a partial refund of $136 for my troubles with no solution.. all I want is a working product not for them to take $1,200 from me in the end and leave me with a pile of unusable parts. One of the main reasons for my purchase was the 2 year warranty. That warranty means nothing if they arent willing to replace the faulty product. Especially since I've only had it for about 2 months, with a few hours of use. I've bought many vevor items over the years. If this doesn't get solved this will absolutely be my last purchase of a vevor product.
