I bought this winch for my snow plow on my Honda Pioneer 1000–5. I hooked everything all up the plow was probably 5 foot away from the machine when I got everything done I hooked the wind up to the plow. It wouldn’t even pull it back to the machine. Tried it anyway. It stopped halfway up No way

Apres 6 mois il est deja defectueux, ne fonctionne plus du tout. After 6 months it is already defective, no longer works at all.

Vevor dropped the ball on this. Could not tell me for a month what the bolt pattern was. Ordered it anyways because of their 100% guaranteed return policy. Arrived, didn’t fit, couldn’t even tell me it had only 3 mounting bolts. What winch only had 3 mounting bolts. They refused me to return the product, stuck with it, told me to go get it retro fitted at a shop. A months after it came they said the 4500 lb winch has 4 bolts. I sent them measurements, photos everything, they didn’t respond to anything. Way to go vevor. If anyone needs a rinky dink winch with 3 bolts holding it down, it’ll be good for pulling your kids wagon in the back yard.

Never received item due to shipper used. Not the first time this shipper returned my order without attempting delivery or "loosing" it. Sorry, as long as you keep using that shipper, I won't be ordering from you again.

As with every Vevor product, the instructions were embarrassing. After trying to figure out installation, I tried the winch which was making strange grinding noises and not even under load. The first time I load tested the winch with an easy pull, the gearing internals destroyed themselves and Vevor now wants me to start pulling the winch apart myself for some odd reason. Please stay away from another Vevor product especially this one which is terrible. Spend the money and buy I warn winch or a tried and tested brand. Shame on you Vevor for taking people’s hard earned money and selling these terrible products.

The switches failed had to modify for installation.

Mounted it to my trailer. Excited to use it and it's grinding right out of the box. My son was pulling on the end and he stalled the winch out. Side very hot to touch after 1 min use.
