Alors ça fait 2 ans que j'ai ce treuil il est bien puissant pratique pour une remorque bateau en revanche les câbles d'alimentation sont en cuivre aluminium et ne tiennent pas dans le temps et sur les deux ans j'ai dû changer le boîtier de la télécommande au bout d'un an

Bought and tried it before installing, everything worked great. Installed and it wouldn’t winch out, but would free spool and winch in. When taking out the switch box, it would winch in or out, but reinstalling wouldn’t work, even retightening the bolts didn’t fix it. Several back and forth with Vevor, I was offered a new winch or full refund. I’m taking the cash and I’ll figure out the relay later. 😁👍

Hard to give a review on the product seeing as I’ve been waiting on it for two weeks now. So don’t expect speedy shipping. FedEx tracking says only that a label has been created and they are waiting on the package. Might turn out to be a great buy but I’m very frustrated with nonexistent customer service and ridiculously slow shipping.

I already requested a replacement cable, but I never received one. Also, the winch will pull the cable in and wind it up, but it does not release or feed the cable back out. I have tried both the wired and wireless controls, but the problem remains. I’m very disappointed with the quality of the winch and especially with the customer service. I contacted you about the cable issue and requested a replacement, but nobody properly followed up or resolved the problem.

Completely frustrated with this product. This is the second winch I’ve purchased, and it arrived with the same defect: one of the solenoids doesn’t work. When I bought the first one, I reached out to VEVOR, but my issue wasn’t resolved. With this second purchase, I won’t even bother trying to contact them. I’d rather avoid further frustration. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I tried to get my money back. They played like I did not respond. I responded twice. I have no use for the product or this company any more.

looks good but I was hooking up the red wire and it broke off with very little tightened to it

je me bat dépuis 3 semaines pour obtenir les pièces de rechange sous treuil en garantie j ai fourni photo vidéo contact avec SAV réponse par mail avec des tickets d ou je ne comprends rien et des mails me disant qu ils ont aucune nouvelle et vont classer mon dossier ils devraient me contacter sous 48 hrs malgré mes mail leurs demandant de me contacter en URGENCE rien n avance à part des demandes de numéro de commande de documents je ne sais plus quoi penser je suis dans le pétrin!!!
