Bought in September 2025. In January it quit going in . I checked all wiring and contacted the warranty return department. Its weeks later. Still getting the run around. Just send me a new control box and fix it!! But no. Were having our technical department look in to it. It doesn't go in what more is there to look into?? The fitting for the controller is very flimsy and broke trying to pull controller end off. A metal piece would give it some strength.

I haven’t had time to set it up yet as soon as I have set it up it looks like it would be good. It’s heavy, but it’s for pulling logs into a trailer so I’m sure it’s gonna work. My thought is how long it’s gonna last what so I said everything up next month I will be back.

I really hope this pump works good because if it doesn’t this company vevor is the crookedest place i have delt with . I rufused a item (like they told me to so it got back to sender still no refund . MY ADVISE TO ANYONE THINKING OF BUYING FROM THEM IS DONT ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE TO RETURN SOMETHING. Stick with american made its well worth it these chinese are crooks beware
