I have used this twice so far. First use was my son extracted the coolant from a pickup. He used the manual pump and said it started quickly with about 5 pumps then siphoned the rest out. I used it to extract transmission fluid on a different pickup. I used the pneumatic side. Again, it started in just a few seconds, I shut the air off and it siphoned. I didn't get as much out of the pan as I expected, but I suspect that was user error on getting the tube in the correct position. Using the pneumatic helps when trying to position the tube while it is extracting. The only complaint I have is it does leak air when the soft tube is inserted in the main tube connected to the extractor, even with a clamp on it. Fairly minor.

Great product and price

Very short owners manual says be sure to keep your extractor clean and to service it regularly. Unfortunately it provides no information on what material to use to clean the tank and what other services are required. So what solvent or cleaner is suggested/approved to clean the tank and what other services or lubrications are you referring to? Please reply. Thanks

I used it to remove trans. fluid from a transmission I am working on. All the parts were there the only thing is the plastic lines need to be at least 6 ft long, I needed to connect the 1/4" and the 5/16" ones together to get it to drain using the transmission tube. And the air on off valve is junk. It would not turn off the air supply all the way. Besides that, it worked just fine .

Good solid product

Ball valve to control air inlet does not work. Other than that it made well. Tank is heavy duty plastic. Works well

Perfect for changing the oil in my Yamaha Waverunner. I chose the manual and air powered for the versatility of use in my shop or while at the lake. Sometimes the only time available is at your vacation spot. This works great to remove the oil. Securely stores the used oil until you can find a place to dispose it.

This transmission pump is amazing and is very easy to use! The 4 stars is only because of the lack of instructions for beginning DIY people. To clean and keep fluids from mixing from different jobs, there is no instructions for that. This is a solid product though and would definitely recommend!

This is an amazing product. I bought it for the purpose of doing transmission flushes on customers cars. There’s no need to spend thousands on a machine, this will do it just fine. I pushed new fluid from the tank into the return line. I do wish it had a higher gpm but that’s not a deal breaker. It’s cost is paid back with one job.
