For the most part the machine does what it was intended. Seems to dehydrate much more evenly than non rotating machines saving the trouble of rotating trays. Only flaw is the button to actuate the rotation is not working consistently. Sometimes it does nothing, other times it works and actuates the rotation feature.

I have only used it once and from that comes an honest review. There’s not a beef function button for beef jerky. I sliced the meat at a 3 on my Vevor slicer. I think it was too thin but I do like it kinda thin. Friends like it a bit thicker. I used the pork icon for dehydration. I like the light function as well. I even used a thermometer to check the internal temperature which was spot on at mid height and at the top. On the bottom half, temperature was off about 20° -40° which affected the dehydration of the meat. I had to rotate the mesh racks. My old dehydrator, I didn’t have to rotate. If you are dehydrating fruit or meat, make sure it’s not too thin or it will stick to the wire mesh racks. Soaking is the only way to get it off. I will be doing another batch of jerky but a bit thicker to see how it turns out. So far I’m not really satisfied with this dehydrator

Déçue... La porte du déshydrateur n'est pas droite...je suis sans cesse en train de devoir la reprendre car elle penche vers le bas dès l'instant ou elle n'est plus attachée... et même lorsqu'elle est fermée avec l'attache, elle penche encore.. Je l'ai utilisé une fois...déshydrate t'il vraiment ?? Par contre, fait peu de bruit...

I received the unit, I opened the box today and found the unit is damaged during the shipment. The upper right hand side of the door is bent. This is extremely frustrating because this is not the first time that happened. Clearly this happened because the shipping box was not sturdy enough to protect the unit inside during the shipment. I bought protection insurance and would like to claim another replacement unit, however that will take some time to file. The unit overall look is okay but it is over priced because the unit is not sturdy enough to justify the price.

Bonjour J ai reçu mon appareil avec une belle cabosse sur l arrête de l appareil . Pour du neuf ce n 'ai pas acceptable.

I ordered and received a dehydrator from Vevor. The box looked very beat up so it was opened right away to look for any possible damage. I did find that top and side was damaged from shipping. I have contacted customer service and sent them pictures and request they asked for. Vevor has wasted three days with emails offering to take money off the item to get me to except it. I have told them I would like a replacement or a full refund. This has be the most disappointing online purchase I can remember, not to forget it is a Christmas gift. Vevor still has not replied to my request to give me a full refund. This is where a company is separated from the rest, No customer service!

Dehydrator purchased on 12/11/25. Arrived and the "+" and "-" buttons do not work. Brought it to their attention. At first they wanted me to disassemble the unit to check the buttons after I sent a video showing the buttons do not work. I told them I was not going to troubleshoot a defective unit, and I wanted to return for full refund, as per the terms on their web site. Next they offered me 30% of my money back, and keep the defective unit. I refused. Next they offered 60% of my money back and keep the defective unit. At that point I escalated it to Paypal, which I used to buy the unit. Vevor stated that their factory was too far to ship the unit back (which is weird, if you realize that they had no problem shipping from the factory to me, same distance). Today is 01/15/26, over a month, and all they do is send emails either telling me it will be addressed in 48 hours, or even worse, send emails saying we are closing the ticket unless you say otherwise. I cannot over emphasize that if you do business with this firm, then do not expect any customer service, or accountability of providing a full refund for a non working defective unit (although their web site clearly says it is eligible for free return).

Poor quality. First of all it was damaged when arrived, secondly company support was not responsive, and finally I was fighting to get my money back. Yes i have Vevor vacuum sealer and i like it but this one I don't recommend at all
