Ein sehr nützliches und einfaches Küchengerät. Großes Fassungsvermögen und als negativen Punkt würde ich sagen, dass das Mixerzubehör eine Kunststoffhalterung hat. Auch die Ersatzteilverfügbarkeit ist mir nicht bekannt. Nachdem ich eine Woche lang alle Funktionen getestet habe, halte ich es für ein äußerst empfehlenswertes Produkt.

Equipo muy bueno para el precio, el único detalle es que la charola de acero Inox no es de muy buena calidad, ya se oxidó y no tiene mas de 3 meses que lo compré. Asegurense de secarla bien antes de guardarlo.

I have yet to receive the mixer as I had to have it delivered to my son's house 300kms away, as you do not deliver to my location. Hopefully it will be brought to me on Father's Day. It will be used mainly for baking; I have given it three stars due to the price and ease of ordering.

Looks nice. SoIid enough, but doesn't work. First time switched on and the speed adjustment seems faulty. Set at No. 1 speed, the paddle flies around like a whirlwind for 5 seconds then stops. Have reported it to Customer Service and hoping for some help. UPDATE Sadly my food mixer was unfixable, but I'm really impressed with Vevor's Refund service. After sending a video to show the problem my refund was arranged the next day. Great service!

It has a European plug on it! Doesn’t work in Ireland. So, I complained and they refunded me half the cost. So, then I tried it with a European adaptor. It worked for 30 seconds and then, it completely stopped. Not even the light is working on it now. If it doesn’t suit an Irish system, why sell it here? If it shouldn’t be used with an adaptor, then tell me that! And if so, refund me all of my money! We bought a wall chaser last year and got an electric shock from it! When we complained, they asked for a video. Yeah, right- use it again and get another shock? Eh, no. So, we got no satisfaction from them at all. Run.

Does not live up to expected power level

J’ai acheté ce robot après avoir reçu une confirmation écrite du service client m’assurant que le crochet, le batteur et le fouet étaient en acier inoxydable comme précisé dans la description du produit. "Tous les composants en contact avec les aliments, y compris le bol, le crochet et la tige, sont fabriqués en acier inoxydable de qualité alimentaire, assurant durabilité, résistance à la rouille et nettoyage facile" À la réception, j'ai constaté que seul le fouet est en inox. Le crochet et le batteur plat sont en réalité en alliage d’aluminium avec revêtement anti-adhésif. C’est un point critique pour ceux qui, comme moi, privilégient l'inox pour des raisons sanitaires et la compatibilité avec le lave-vaisselle. J'ai immédiatement contacté VEVOR pour signaler cette non-conformité par rapport à leurs engagements. Je dois souligner l'honnêteté et la réactivité du service client qui a reconnu l'erreur de description. Ils ont procédé au remboursement intégral sans exiger le retour du produit. En résumé : Un robot correct pour un usage d'entrée de gamme, mais attention, la description sur les accessoires est erronée. Un grand merci au SAV pour leur professionnalisme dans la gestion du litige.

I was very disappointed in both the quality as well as the customer service I received after reaching out with my concerns. I have the Vevor commercial mixer which I love, which is the only reason I chose to go with Vevor for a new small mixer as my 7 Quart kitchen aid is no longer working. Since there was a 30 day return policy, I figured I had nothing to loose. I guess I didn’t read the fine print. Not being satisfied with the quality and performance didn’t qualify ! I gave detailed explanations Together with video and photos, but that did t help. I would only purchase for a supplier that valued customer service and stood by their return policy regardless. Lesson learnt.
