This makes the second one i brought The first one quit working and through the AI bullcrap apparently i couldn't get it warranted So i buy another 2 months ago and it lasted less than 30 days . So i do not recommend buy any thing from vevor that is electrical seeings how chances are it wont be warranted. I don't like talking to a computer Ai and no one would take time from vevor to personally email me about the product. And they don't have a phone you can call and talk to a representative

Bought a few months ago lasted a month and won’t pump now would love to get a replacement but the way to get in touch with vevor has not been the easiest

I purchased this pump for my nurse tank that I use to fill my equipment. It was always loud but I didn’t think much of it. Just after a few months the switch went out. Took 2 weeks to get a switch. After listening to another guy’s same pump that was much quieter I knew something was wrong with mine. Only thing they want to do is for me to take it apart and keep checking things. I don’t have time to work on a pump let alone a new pump. So it’s going in the trash and I will buy a pump that can be trusted. Save yourself headaches and down time. Buy something else

This pump worked for two tanks of fuel (less than 15 minutes of run time). The next time I tried to use it it had no power. I contacted Vevor and they sent another pump. So customer service was way better than manufacturing. I took the bad pump apart to access the switch wiring. There I discovered every single wire connection was faulty. The power wire female connector had broken off and that kept the pump from powering on. Two had broken shoulders on the female connectors. Another female connector slid right off the wire when moved gently. I use cheap Harbor Freight wiring connectors and they are much better quality than these were. But Vevor made it good and the price made it better. Vevor could do better for almost no additional manufacturing cost, if they'd use even decent connectors. I've never seen the shoulders of the female connectors just break off (especially with under 15 minutes use). Two hours wasted repairing and another two hours fueling by hand, while I could have been running my equipment at $200 per hour. Bad math!

We bought this Transfer pump in April of this year 2026! We also purchased a 3 year VEVOR warranty with the pump. In less than four months it stopped working and we notified VEVOR Customer Service with a picture if the pump and a picture of the original order containing the order numbers. I have contacted then 6 times now ! They offered us $63 at first We refused! What a derisory offer considering our pump is less than 4 .months old! Second offer was $110 which we also have refused. We expected this pump to be replaced with none of this poor customer service on the 3 year warranty we have purchased. We are small business owners and have been long time customers of vevor. Our advice is DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PUMP!!! it is not good quality or good value and the VEVOR warranty is clearly of no value so don't buy that either. Unless we receive complete resolution of this issue we We will report them to the Better Business Bureau and any other pertinent organizations.

I don’t know if I got a dud or if they just aren’t a good buy. I used mine twice to fill tractors and a skid steer and it quit working. When I sent in warranty to either get it replaced or refunded and haven’t heard anything back

The hose blew apart and separated after the second use.

Pump is junk. Had to replace the switch within 6 months. It hasn’t pumped 500 gallons of diesel and now it doesn’t pump at all. I’m 3 days past the warranty on it now and don’t have time to wait. I’ll be buying one local tomorrow

They double charged and double sent. Won’t make it easy to return. Never found what they said they sent
