I only used the floor seal to complete my already good bulb seal on the door. I highly recommend floor seal, I am impressed with amount of fine dirt it keeps from getting in the garage both open and closed door, easy to blow off when needed and marks a easily visible line for my dog not to cross when she is told to stay in the garage.

Just amazing excellent quality I will order another for my second residence Cheers André

Perfect fit and good product. No leak water come in.

IIt work great

I have not bought anything from vevor that has not met my expectations, will buy again. Met my expectations, and more

I bought this to stop water intrusion. The threshold is spot on and good quality the bottom seal is of better quality than the stock that is on the door that came with the building. That being said because the material is thicker it would not fit into the track and therefore I will need to replace the entire bottom metal track...upgraded to use the bottom seal.

Quick and easy to align, cut to length and secure using the Silicon adhesive tubes provided. Totally sealed the small gaps under the existing door gasket, and has kept the water entirely outside. No more water coming under the door and flooding the garage floor low spots. Great quality and value.
