These springs did the job for a reasonable price. I might have been nice to get a little more detailed instruction about how to wind these things, because it is potentially a very dangerous job. But I did it safely and nobody got hurt. I was just a little unclear about how tight to wind it, but I figured it out. The garage door opens now and is properly balanced. The only question is: How long will they last. I'm thinking they will last just fine, bt only time will tell. I'm giving it 4 stars for prompt delivery and price. Just can't give it 5 stars until I see how long they last. But I would certainly recommend them.

Juutuuppia piti vähän katsella kun tää vaihtohomma ei oo helppo. Mukana tuli jousen kiristystangot ja siinä hommassa pitää olla hereillä ettei lipsahda päähän. Kaks viikkoa ollut käytössä ja toimii edelleen. Vanha kesti 25-v ja nähdä miten nää.

I purchased the torsion springs based on the stated delivery date. It was missed by almost a week, so I was unable to use my car for a week, as it was stuck in the garage. Had I known I would has purchased someplace else. Vevor got my money, however they lost a customer.

I ordered a pair of Garage Door Torsion Springs. 1 spring was damaged and so it was of no use.

Very disappointed. After not receiving the item by the expected date. I contacted for refund. And it was sitting in transit for 2 weeks. And no effort to contact transport to cancel. Item quality and price was as expected.

I’m rating this based on service, not the product. Unfortunately I bought the wrong size torsion springs, maybe not Vevor fault but I did feel like there could have been a better way to help me determine the correct size. The most disappointing thing I’m finding about Vevor is it’s impossible to return or even get help doing anything. Vevor wants a video showing how it’s not working. The first thing, it’s just about impossible to make an hour long video and second, it’s dangerous dealing with torsion springs just to say I bought the wrong size.

Had a problem and talked to customer service. I did not receive an answer for my question. Not sure who I chatted with, but he was terrible! I will not purchase anything from your company again!
