I bought it about 10 days ago and it came and I opened it today. I assembled it and bought some fuel and it is 40 to 1 mixture but there is no - run..... I have about 100 pulls on the starter but that was the extent of my endurance. The assembly was relativly easy but that pulling was the downfall for me at 72. I guess I need to find the spark plug because it doesnt appear to be a compression problem. Believe me I was ready to find it earlier before I finally put it down. Okay I rested a couple of hours and went back to the saw. The Spark plug was under the air cleaner. I pulled it with a 17 MM socket and it doesnt look like it has any fuel or oil or anything on it. Bright dry metal is all that was there. My arm is still wore out so I reassembled the unit again. Will go back to her a little later.

Great products I won't be opening this one it is a gift for Christmas but I have one alike and it is fantastic will be buying again

Saw ran for 5 min now I can’t get it started.

Purchased 1 month ago, started as instructed, after turning off, it wont start as instructed on book instructions. this also happen with the previous one i purchased from VEVOR . I WONT BE PURCHASING ANYMORE FROM VEVOR.

The locating pin does not fit into the bar because it is too small of a hole and the locating pin will not match up with the slot on the guide bar. I cut up too 7 cords of wood a year and was hoping the saw would at least be decent for the price, but that is not the case. The saw appeared to be fairly well made upon arrival and I just returned home from a work trip hoping I could get started on cutting wood for next winter. I would never recommend this product and I am very disappointed. I would like my money back, but I cannot return the item because I cannot get all the oil and gas out and they refuse to return the saw. You get what you pay for and I got a piece of crap!

What a shame i read the reviews and you have to practically rebuild it to assemble. It is not manufactured properly and the chain will not fit.

ist meine zweite Säge, die erste ist nach einem Jahr das Ausschalte Kabel durchgeschmort, lief aber super, die neue die jetzt mit dem 22 Zoll Schwert läuft gar nicht hat so gut wie null Leistung bleibt sofort immer stehen auch die Kettenspannung ist fast auf Anschlag bei einer neuen Kette bei der kleinen Führung passt Spanner Stift und Schwert Nut nicht zusammen... Kurz gesagt die Säge, wirkt zwar stabiler aus die Vorgänger Motorsäge, aber ist leider nicht zu benutzen, geht ständig aus und es passt sonst auch alles andere nicht mehr wirklich zusammen. Ist mein letzte Vevor Produkt. Der Support ist eine Katastrophe ist mein letztes Vevor Produkt- Gewährleistung und Service geht gegen Null

Chainsaw was unusable out of the box. The roller on the bar was siezed. Vevor would not replace the bar or fix the issue.

Good Thing : got saw quickly and looks like high quality. BadThing the two screws that hold the insert teeth plate are missing.... Bad Bad Thing : there's no phone number, email or text message information. CONCLUSION: GREAT PRICE YET SORRY QUALITY IN BASIC PACKING WITH NO WAY TO GET THIS RESOLVED. HOPE SOMEONE SEES THIS AND REACHES OUT.
