Product arrived in 2 days ( good delivery service)
I have tryed several days to start it, with no sucess.
Tryed to check the spark plug and it was okay.
It's a brand new machine, and i am not dissasemble the machine for more mechanic problems.
It is brand new out of the box, should be working. I have tryed to ask for a refund or swap to another one. Waiting for an aswer....hope it will be solved.

Tony Moon Buy a better quality chain saw.
What a shame i read the reviews and you have to practically rebuild it to assemble.
It is not manufactured properly and the chain will not fit.

12” chainsaw Arrived broken and unusable
Chainsaw was unusable out of the box. The roller on the bar was siezed. Vevor would not replace the bar or fix the issue.

PWard Bad packing. Basic screws for chain teeth guide are missing.
Good Thing : got saw quickly and looks like high quality.
BadThing the two screws that hold the insert teeth plate are missing....
Bad Bad Thing : there's no phone number, email or text message information.
CONCLUSION: GREAT PRICE YET SORRY QUALITY IN BASIC PACKING WITH NO WAY TO GET THIS RESOLVED.
HOPE SOMEONE SEES THIS AND REACHES OUT.

jagedgeoff 100% guarantee is a joke stay away
I would leave zero stars but I cannot. I’ve had four different people from a construction crew. Try to start this thing and it just will not fire up. The recoil is absolutely horribly hard and after about 20 pills, your arm feels like Jell-O. I tried to reach out to them and they’re refusing to even acknowledge the fact all they do is send me tutorials on how to start it which we’ve already done over and over and over again and they still will not acknowledge it. Their 100% satisfaction guarantee is complete crap all they do is fight. You don’t buy this product if you which we’ve already done over and over and over again and they still will not acknowledge it.
