I used this product to build a 9 foot cedar panel gate so bought extra screws. The frame allows you to assemble it square but it is not designed for this. Installed diagonal cable to support it. Added cedar boards once gate was installed. I’m pleased but took time to achieve the cedar panel look.

Bought this as I was replacing my fence. When it arrived I assembled it. When I attempted to tighten the bolts with the supplied hex key, I noticed that the bolt wasn’t getting tighter. Upon inspection, I noticed that the weld that was inside the tube that held the threaded part was broken. It was just tack welded in 2 spots and 1 of them had failed. Only giving it 3 stars because customer service was very helpful and rectified to my satisfaction.

The hinge was too weak , I got two of them as a double door gate but it’s impossible to align them as the hinges have too much wiggle room plus you have to widen the holes to put a stronger screw so it would hold to wood other wise expect a lot of sagging , it only has two set hinges , which I think it’s not enough, I guess if it had three it would be stronger at least

Well I loved the idea of them but once I went to use them they weren't completely sqaure the material seemed good biggest complaint was that I couldn't use them and ended up building the gate out of wood and screws and ended up leaving them in the box and they are still sitting there. They weren't really cheap either!

Package was delivered 3 days earlier than expected. Price is very competitive. However, after I discovered my item was missing parts, I learned from other websites that this product has many other reports of missing parts and poor customer service follow up. My package was missing key components, such as 99% of the screws, hex wrenches and THE HINGE TUBES USED TO MOUNT THE GATE FRAME TO A FENCE POST! Without the missing parts, this gate frame is a useless pile of junk! Customer service reply is ridiculous: asking me to take pictures of packaging and all components received, rather than sending me the components I reported missing! I could care less about how VEVOR tracks its quality problems internally, I just want my replacement parts immediately, or a full refund.

The worst customer service ever. If it happens that you have any problem, these guys are willing to take you in swings until you get dizzy. I think their customer support are well trained on taking their clients on a roller coaster. I have an issue pending with them since July 7th.

Not very happy. Hinges only have 2 screw holes which will not hold the weight of cedar boards. There is only room for 2 screws. Then I ordered 2 gate kits for a 2 panel opening. The welded pins in the gate only work one way. The pin direction should be interchangable. Will probably send them back and just build my own frame with hd hinges. Would not allow me to download pictures.

fit and finish is great. well designed. the powder coating is excellent. the hinges are too small. If the hinge would stick out an inch further I could open the gate both directions. if the corners were formed in the uprights this gate would be much more rigid. As is its not bad right now.

well made. great paint. very simple to put together. light duty. hinges are very short though. i welded extensions on the post hinge to allow the gate to open both directions.

Le kit semble de bonne qualité, nous avons un soucis juste un souci car il manque une pièce dans l'un des cartons (faute vevor ou livreur?) et le plus gros problème c'est que le kit n'est en fait pas prévu pour être monté en portail double battant, pourquoi avoir mis les charnières avec les goujons sur le portail et pas sur les supports? Je pensais juste inverser le montant pour l'adapter. Dommage, je suis en contact avec l'équipe pour la suite.
