Help ! Pulled it out of the box excited to get it up, that lasted about 2 minutes! After reading the instructions I was ready to give it a try, I couldn’t find the pull straps anywhere, was able to spread it open but popping it up was impossible because I couldn’t pull out the sides,,, then I noticed that it looked inside out? Vevor branding was inside, after multiple times of trying to turn the the over and right side out , myself with the help of others we decided something wasn’t right, so back in the box it went, I don’t think it was supposed too come inside out and twisted, will be contacting customer service for my money back or a new one,, I really do think it would work awesome for my needs,, been putting tents and canopy’s up for a long time , this one kicked out butts!

Je suis tres décu d avoir fais affaire avec Vevor , tres compliqué d avoir un produit en ordre , j ais eu un remboursement de $127.00 sur un achat de $255.00 mais un gazebo qui n es pas fonctionnel , je n ais jamais eu d adresse de retour pour retourné le produit qui n étais pas fonctionnel . Tres tres décu . je garde un tres mauvais souvenir d avoir fait affaire avec VEVOR

This tent ripped the first time putting it up. The light hook in the roof came undone.

My husband and I found the instructions to be very vague and the first attempt of putting it up disastrous. Once we realized that you actually need to fold back the first layer to find the pull rope and pull it towards the top and not the towards the bottom ( which makes it turn inside out) it worked fine. Now the set up and take down is much easier. Also, we are not sure why the pull rope is on the outside of the canopy top instead of on the inside to make it easier to reach and pull down to collapse the shelter. The screen is very fine which is great for bug control however, we did find it very hot with little to no airflow. I would also suggest that the add on outside panels also come in a clear heavy plastic so that you are still protected from wind and rain but you can see through it and it is still light inside.

A failure of the gazebo occurred when opening the unit for the first time in my driveway. The cental hub fell apart when the nut fell off the bolt. The nut was the wrong size for the bolt. I had to disassemble the eight rods to press the bolt back through the fabric and use my own right sized nut. The eight rods scraped the sidewalls during re-assemblly.

Loved it but screen came with hole in it. Hoping I can get a repair kit!

The velcro down side panels wpuld be better inside. They dont mesh well on the putside with the tie downs.

My original 12x12 gazebo zipper malfunctioned. But I contacted vevor through their 24hr chat. I have nothing but good to say they have a quality product and stand behind it. So grateful for such a great experience

I set up the tent and realized that from the factory the roof pull strap was installed backward. So there is no way to pull the roof down after it is setup. I spent an hour taking it apart and reversing the strap so it was on the inside of the gazebo. I was comparing this gazebo to the Kuma brand and I found the Kuma band has 2 zippers one on each side of the door which is much more convenient. The Kuma brand also has a pole over the door which makes it more stable. The vevor brand is half the price of the Kuma gazebo. All in all it is a good value
