I wish the stainless steel bucket was more solid. It caved in when a friend was helping me test it to get it up to pressure, so now it is 6 sided. The first few pages in the instruction book didn't even apply to any milking machine. Also never explained what the lever were for on the goat teat cups. They were open, so that is why it wouldn't get up to pressure for me. Once it was closed, it took 5 minutes to get up to vacuum pressure. My only complaint on the performance is that sometimes one cup will just slip off one of my goat's teat for no reason that I can figure out. On my cow, she kicked at a fly and the teat cups fell off while milk was streaming into the bucket! I wish this milking machine had more vacuum pressure. I am new to using milking machines, so it is taking double time to milk by machine then by hand, but I only used it 3 times before I loaned it to above friend as his machine burned up. His family said it works well, just different than what they are used to. Later I was updated that it would fall off in the middle of milking their cow and it didn't completely milk her out as well, so her production went down. I told them you really need to finish by hand. They didn't have to do that with their old one. I hope that once I start using it regularly it will be much faster and easier for me to handle. I'm having to learn as I go,.

This saves my hands from arthritis pain. It is bulky to use, but it does it's job well. If you have dwarf goats, sometimes it is hard to get the suction to attach. One of my goat's teet are too small for it.

I like this milker, it is compact and easy to get around, however, it really is not 3.2 gallons. 3 gallons of liquid pretty much fills up the entire pale, and it cannot even get that full because there is a floater valve that will stop it closer to 2 1/2 gallons. If you know that you will be getting 3 gallons of milk in a milking, this one won’t work. But otherwise, I love the rechargeable and quiet motor, like how easy it is to clean- I do this by simply running bleach water through it, using the pump after emptying the milk out. Sometimes it seems to have a little bit of trouble getting the milk into the pail if the pail is above the motor, such as if you are milking on the ground and not on a stand, but so far I can ameliorate this by lifting the tubes up and down and getting it flowing. Overall, I would recommend it for the small home dairy. It has greatly helped reduce my hand pain in milking. I have used this milker on both my goats and my Dexter/Highland Cross cow.

This is a good machine, overall. It works well. Battery is phenomenal! So helpful for those of us who don't have power at the barn. However, my life started roasting after only 2 weeks, so that is a negative. The multiple lengths of hoses are very inconvenient and constantly get tangled. Also, it needs a use and cleaning guide. We’ve only used this on a couple goats so far, but it gets the job done! We have to massage one goat’s bag to keep her milk flowing, but we don’t know if that’s a pressure issue from the pump or just this goat’s quirk. It’s easy enough to clean because it came with a couple good brushes.

Great value overall! The YouTube instructions for setup could use some verbal instructions but it was sufficient as is. Biggest holdup on getting to the 5 stars for this review are the bucket lid clamps especially considering a firm hold is necessary for building up suction in the bucket. Without the suction sealing the lid the milker will not work. That was extremely frustrating. It wasn't until my husband pushed down lightly on the lid and it sealed appropriately. I think a good improvement would be for Vevor to check the position of these clamps and move them down slightly. Overall glad we got this! It has cut our milking time to 10 minutes! Best part is it has saved my hands from aching so much!

Hoses seem to be stretching and not making good seal. Are there replacement hoses?

Great milk machine I am able to milk all 9 goats without recharging

It's a lot better than the one for cows I've started using this instead of the other one.

Works pretty decent for the price. Had to contact customer service cause the manual was lacking need to know information. CS was quick to respond and provide extra support. All set up and working good. Power cord wasn’t connecting well after a couple weeks of use. Contacted CS again new one mailed out. Overall good experience and the machine works well! Going to be purchasing the larger machine in the new year.
