The item arrived, but some parts are missing. 1 pcs is missing

It’s a good product for $$ but the instructions/directions SUCK!!!! Once together made a few adjustments and worked as advertised

The rack is a pretty crappy design that, had they given it a bit of a think, could have been an okay design. The way the side pieces line up you can't connect anything in the middle section, and there's wasted space at the top and bottom. Had they made the slots actually line up with consistant spacing when the top and bottom are connected, that would have solved this problem. Speaking of slots, not all of the slots were punched out. The machine must be getting worn out. The outlines were punched but the metal was still there. I had to manually punch them out myself. Then I discovered that of the 2 brackets that hold the top and bottom together, critical for mounting both the top and bottom rails to the wall (again, poor design) only 1 bracket was included. GIven the thin steel, the incomplete manufacturing, and themissing critical piece that prevented the rack from being assembled - leaving it a worthless heap of parts - I went back to vevor.ca and clicked "return/refund" Only unlike every other online retailer, clicking "return/refund" doesn't start a refund process. It opens a service ticket as though you're just reporting a software glitch. There isn't even an option to select to tell them the item was incomplete. So I filled in the ticket with as much information as I could provide. For two weeks I was getting emails saying "We're sorry. We're transferring you to this other department..." without so much as a conversation or offer to fulfill the refund. Finally after ping ponging me around, presumably hoping I'd give up, they finally got back to me with something other than a notice I was being transferred again. This time they actually offered a refund. Well, they offered half. They recognised that they didn't send me a complete product, and offered me half of what I paid as a refund. What a joke. I argued with them for a few more days and finally they agreed to a full refund. Three weeks from the time I clicked the refund/return button to them agreeing to refund me. Three. Weeks. Do not do business with them. I've seen almost all of their products on ALiExpress anyhow, with literally the only difference being the lack of a Vevor brand sticker slapped onto the item. They don't even make this stuff themselves, which is why they don't stand behind the goods. Run away.

Ein wichtiges Teil fehlt leider. Kann nicht zusammen geschraubt werden. Schade

J ai reçu la commande dans le délai annoncé. J ai été déçu il manque un pièce mais je me suis débrouillé pour réussir le montage. Certains pièces étaient mal usinées. Au final ca fait le boulot. Mais voilà je recommande pas plus pour la qualité

Es wurde nicht alles geliefert... Man kann es nicht aufbauen... Schade
