Non ho l'orecchio assoluto e capisco ben poco di musica, però riesco a distinguere abbastanza bene un suono armonico da un disarmonico e questo è paradisiaco, chiaramente rapporto qualità prezzo top! Per non parlare della manifattura (di questo sono orafa e ci capisco), è PERFETTO!!!! Ne ho visti altri di altre marche sempre economici, non c'è paragone con questo!!!!

We returned from Bali and my wife was dead set on getting a handpan after playing it overseas. Not wanting to spend the hundreds for something which may be a short term hobby I went with the 10 tone handpan from Vevor. My wife’s been happy with the purchase and for a novice we can’t really tell the difference between a more expensive one we played in Bali. She’s picked up some song from YouTube and enjoying the process. The tune may eventually turn sour but by then if she’s still playing, investing in something more expensive would make sense but for a first time player, this is really good value. Shipping was quick. We had ours in 2 days from ordering.

Great sound. Multiple tools to use for your comfort. I appreciate this instrument.

Update! 9/12/26. My son has received the refund due him. If you need a refund from Vevor, the key is to continue sending as many messages as possible, leave negative reviews, do whatever you can to annoy them until they do the right thing. This is a really good company, with a bad return policy/system. If we bring enough attention to this area, it may improve. When my son and I found this, we were excited! Finally a real, large, hand pan that we could afford. When it came a few days after ordering, we were very impressed! The sound was astoundingly good, and in tune with itself (although not in tune with other standard 440 instruments). We played it for a few hours. Imagine our disappointment and surprise when one note in particular slid out of tune, and the other notes also changed tone and started sounding dull and muddy. Now it's basically not worth playing. The weird part was how it was basically perfect when received, then a few hours later, out of tune. We did not abuse it in any way. I opened a ticket with Vevor to try to get a replacement or refund, and after a week of exchanging messages, they stopped talking to me. No refund, no replacement. This is so disappointing, given the quality products I've ordered from them in the past (and thought I would order in the future). Vevor, it's in your hands to make this right. I may have to stop ordering from your website because of one bad product and customer service experience. I HATE to return items, and basically never do it, but because my son spent his own hard earned money on this, I have to advocate for him! Come now Vevor, let's make this right!!
