Je ne suis pas satisfaite de cet achat. L'huile sort et salit les pages malgré le fait d'essuyer avant chaque utilisation (ce qui rajoute du temps d'utilisation). Outre cela, il ne coupe pas jusqu'au bout. Je dois finir au cutter. Le SAV n'a malheureusement pas été d'un grand secours. Et pour le rock je trouve ça vraiment dommage.

Velice nekvalitní, nedá se řezat ve vrstvě, řezaný papír je posouván nožem o přes silné utažení přídržnou lištou. Nespokojen.

I am very disappointed in this product! It has been delivered not as shown. It does not have an adjustable, locking paper bar as shown in the picture. Instead, it has a plastic angle with round magnets on one side to attached to the base of the cutter. This angle will easily move allowing paper to be cut at different unintended lengths

The product I received does not match what was advertised. Several components are inferior—for example, instead of a fixed bar to stabilise the paper, it uses a magnetised bar that constantly shifts position. The biggest issue, however, is that it simply DOES NOT CUT PROPERLY. On the rare occasions it does cut, the results are inconsistent and it often fails to cut through the entire stack of paper. What makes this even more frustrating is that the product arrived with a sticker stating it had been tested at the factory. Given that it does not function correctly out of the box, that claim is difficult to believe. A product like this should arrive ready to use and perform its basic function without requiring manual adjustments. Instead, I had to hunt down a vendor video to find adjustment instructions, as no assembly instructions or instruction on how to adjust it was included in the box. Even after following those adjustments, the cutting performance remained poor and inconsistent. Save yourself the frustration and don't waste your time on this product. I will be seeking a refund.

Ich würde dieses Gerät nicht für den professionellen Einsatz empfehlen. Die Qualität ist extrem schlecht; es erfüllt einfach nicht seinen Zweck. Ich habe das A3-Format gekauft. Beim Schneiden eines A4-Blatts beträgt der Fehler bereits 1,5–2 Millimeter. Wie Sie auf dem Foto sehen können, habe ich Streifen mit den Maßen 40 x 297 mm geschnitten, und je länger das Material, desto größer wird der Fehler. Außerdem knittert das Papier gnadenlos. Dieses Gerät ist für ein Spielzeug zu teuer und für professionelle Zwecke überhaupt nicht geeignet.

Try to cut and broke

Please be aware that vevor is advertising their old model paper trimmer. I received their 'new and updated' paper cutter that no longer has a slide & screw secured paper baffle (the bit that goes behind the paper stack) and instead it is swapped out for a little plastic pusher with magnets on the bottom (that are light weight and struggle to hold paper in a fridge, much less push /hold a stack of 400 sheets you are trying to cut) The blade has no adjustment, but the red bar under the blade is adjustable - Unfortunately it needs to be adjusted to much that the paper lifts up onto that bar, and cuts at a significantly bevelled edge (for under 200 sheets, it was about a 4mm difference between the top and bottom edge) The metal base plate was warpped. the 'saftey lever' has been swapped for a pull out bright red ball - So - If you have any wrist weakness this is likely much less suitable now than the displayed product. I was subject to ongoing ai/standardised messages saying that "it takes times for facts to be checked" and after admitting this was not the displayed item, offered a $75 refund. This was not appropriate as it is unusable for "quickly and precisely" " cut{ting} through up to 400 sheets at once" - I asked for collection to be arranged, and a full refund. A full refund did come through - but no pick-up was arranged, so... I got to work out how to dispose of this. Poor Product not fit for purpose, and poor customer service.

I had two issues with cutter. One is that the cutting blade has a beveled edge on one side that gives a slanted cut . So if you are cutting book board as I was one side of the cut board is not perpendicular to the cutting edge. My second issue was with the fence alignment. Perhaps this may only have been a problem with my cutter but because the fence was off alignment my cuts were not square. The fence is removable but can’t be aligned to square the cuts. I found it unsatisfactory and asked to return it. I sent VEVOR photos to verify my concerns and after more than a week of email exchanges they granted a full refund. I received a full refund in 2 days. I have purchased their products in the past and have been satisfied with my purchases. Hopefully this is a one off situation.

Sballata e messa su un piano NON SPIANA, al massimo dello spessore fa troppa forza e il manico si piega, quando la lama arriva in fondo le viti che la sostengono vanno a rovinare la metà dei fogli tagliati. DA NON ACQUISTARE LA METTERO' IN VENDITA giusto per recuperarci qualcosa. Peccato perchè da Vevor in passato avevo acquistato altro ed è andato tutto bene. L'unico lato positivo: RICEVUTO in soli 10 giorni

Viene desalineada y no se parece a otras que puedes ver en internet para alinearla en condiciones. Además, varios tornillos se le han caido al momento y no puedo ponerselos porque me da miedo intentar desmontarla.
