I got this unit, and it worked nicely for just one month. Then the hose burst, spraying water everywhere inside the unit and rendering it unusable. Very disappointing! I reported this to VEVOR and was told by their helpline that I would get a detailed response in 48 hours. That was four days ago, and still no response, which is equally disappointing!

Female hose attachment broke upon installation. Working with vevor to fix issue. Will update based on outcome.

Don't waste your money, the spring pops off and won't retract back, used less than 20 times and no way to fix it yourself

Arrived broken from shipping. I can only get one picture to load but the inside reel is broken also.

Just missed the return window or else this would been returned. Does not retract like it did after a month of use. It stops about 15ft from reel. Not 5/8 like it’s advertised. Once it finishes failing it will be trashed and never buying another one again. I put a 5/8 hose next to it. They are selling a 1/2 as a 5/8 hose.

Don't buy does not work. Problem. NON RETRIEVE HOSE AT ALL. MECHANISM FAULTY. Trying to get refound but don't waste your time trying!! I'm trying to reach out to customer service but no luck so far.

Fremstår som labert kvalitet på produktet.

needed a hose that would go longer than standard 100 ft. this one does that but the flow is about 40% of a regular hose.

Low quality product. I’m hoping it will last a couple years. Support is weak. It took me 8 or 10 emails and 2 weeks to get an answer to a very simple question. I’m not sure after all the back forth they actually understood my question. I’m just very disappointed in this product and this company.

Low rating due to the mounting hardware being complete junk!, first the plastic inserts provided, Yes I said plastic, for the lag screws are metric and of course the SAE drills are different, seemed to mount up secure until my wife tried to recoil the hose after the first use and the hose reel assembly came out of the brick wall. the plastic inserts still gripping the lag screws but not the brick. Used pliers and the appropriate wrench to remove the plastic inserts from the lag screws which still held tight. Ended up purchasing 1/2 inch x 3 concrete inserts for the holes that I drilled and reattaching the hose reel. Vevor should have included the correct lag screw system for this item load . The 1/2 hose reel that this replaces had a correct concrete lag screw inserts but yet Vevor chose a cheap fastening method. VEVOR do better technical research when providing mounting hardware. Not sure if I will recommend any more Vevor products to friends going forward. A 1/2 inch hose reel gets metal wall fasteners but a larger 5/8" unit gets plastic you figure it out!!!
